I’m helping a friend set a site up using Avada and started with the Classic demo. But I’m stuck looking for the option to remove “This is a demo store for testing purposes”.
It’s not controlled by the Site-wide text found on WooCommerce.
How can I remove the green bar and/or demo store message?

Is it possible to use “Background Color For Outer Areas In Boxed Mode” and “Background Pattern” at the same time? It looks like the patterns have a grey background instead of transparant so it is not possible right?

Any element can either take background color or background image as its property, however you can indeed set it differently on each page using the Fusion Options.

Hey is it possible to use the sticky Menu on the desktop version too? Like Demo Theme Photography. An I cannot Import the Demo Content Photography.

Just a tiny thing….

There is a white 1px line at the top margin of the the ‘Eye popping 3D button.’
It’s not noticeable on a white page but is when using an off-white background. Probably something to do with the 3d setup Is there any way to get rid of it? Love this theme!

Hi there. Like many others, I’m getting impatient (to the point of giving up) to know what 5.0 will look like and when it will be released. If you really are at RC stage then you should already know what is included in that RC release.
I am waiting to see what new ‘features’ are going to be included in the Fusion Builder because, quite frankly, the current FB build falls very sadly behind Visual Composer but all we seem to get from you is ‘the sizzle’ when we really need to see ‘the steak’ to know whether it is worth delaying project starts until you guys start ‘firming up’ on dates.
Will it include angled section seperators? Will 5.0 include a ‘site wide’ CTA ‘widget’ we can add above the footer?
Or should I build my new projects in Visual Composer?

We truly understand your enthusiasm about the latest version like many others however we are not able to provide a fixed ETA yet, that is because of a number of major changes including migration of all our shortcodes into the new builder elements and testing each of our demos along with it, it might sound easy but our developers are working hard to get everything in its place before we release this version, we certainly do not want to release an incomplete or improper beta tested version for almost 245,000+ customers of ours.
I assure you the wait is worth all of it, We also have blog articles where you can read what new version of Avada and Builder are going to offer here.

Hello there! I am thinking to buy multiple licences of avada and the avada app as well. I want to sell design work using wordpress themes like this and mobile app builders to restaurants and similar businesses. I want to charge them a one off-payment upon release and afterwards to continue with monthly payments for maintenance. What kind of licence do I need to do this. Can I get a regular licence for each client in particular, or do i need an extended one?

We totally understand that you, like so many, are excited for the release of Avada 5.0. We are equally excited. However, what does need to be considered here is the following:
- First and foremost, we would never please a deficient or less than perfect product or update release of Avada purely to satisfy or fullfil suggested milestones. We as a team care too much for what we stand for and our customers to compromise on quality
- Software development release dates are not set in stone due to the nature of the beast. This is why we always state estimated release dates. Things change, requirements change, goals are adjusted, all for the sake quality and stability over compromise. This is part of development and part of what we take so seriously.
- We have a team of 20+ that have worked tirelessly and relentlessly to ensure that Avada 5.0 is going to be all and more than what we know it will be
- We have a team of 300+ beta customers working with us on testing also, this simply shows how dedicated we are to you, our customer, to ensure everything is smooth on release. This is only a good thing, not bad.
- Literally thousands of man hours have gone into ensuring that Avada 5.0 and the newly built Fusion Builder will only provide the closest to perfect user experience we can deliver
- We are just about to move onto RC phase and that is good news! We are on the home stretch, so please hang in there. It will be worth the wait, we assure you of that
- This is now your second or possibly third post asking us this. Not to be impolite, but continuing to ask us the same question over and over is detrimental to us getting the work done. Instead, how about joining our beta group so you can see the progress made and hear the announcements first? That’s a much better idea and usage of time. Look at it this way, if Avada 4.0.3 works for you now in terms of flexibility and usability, Avada 5.0 will elevate that by factors.

Here’s the problem: When I use Fusion Page Builder I can add all the elements supplied but when clicking publish it is not saved ever. Preview page doesn’t show what I have added either. The shortcodes still work properly but Page Builder is definitely not saving or working properly. I have reinstalled several times. There is definitely something not right with the “Save Draft” or “Publish” functionality. I read all this https://theme-fusion.com/forums/topic/cant-save-in-the-fusion-builder/ but it is not help and I see Google that these people have a lot of same problem

Nope, this is Discussion on Avada. If the same problem is in many websites, it is necessary to solve. It makes no sense to open 100 tickets the same problems per day. Discussion = the action or process of talking about something in order to reach a decision or to exchange ideas.
I found the problem to myself. After the upgrade the file wp-content/themes/Avada/assets/admin/css/admin_css.css was 0KB. it must be changed manually. Thanks for nothing.

We thank you for your reply and feedback, but I am afraid that what you had posted in your initial comment is about two individual issue you are experiencing and my reply, in accordance, was that our team will guide and assist you.
Nevertheless, I will break this down and explain it you, so that you understand. Make sure to read the following carefully.
- You have described two problems:
- – You can save or publish a page/post
- – The Page Builder is not saving or working properly
- The above are two separate issues but will both be related to your server and not Avada or WordPress. How do we know this? Well, being able/notable to publish a page or post is a WordPress function and not incumbent on Avada or the Fusion Builder
- If you can’t save/publish a page/post then it could be down to a permission issue in the servers folder structure. The servers file/s CHMOD needs to be checked. Or it is related to the servers PHP configuration limits, which could be deficient
- Likewise, if the Fusion Builder is not working as expected then it is server related and thereby most likely related to the servers PHP configuration limits
- Always makes sure that your theme is updated to the latest version, which right now is Avada 4.0.3, and WordPress to rule out any version related issues
- Go to -> WP Dashboard >> Avada >> System Status – this is a page that displays your servers configuration limits. If you see any that are in red, they would need to be adjusted accordingly
- The link you provided is to our community forum which is not used for support by our team, but instead community interaction only and reference only. The topic itself is extremely old thereby the instructions will no longer be accurate
- Having checked our system I can confirm that you have never created a support ticket or even registered for support.

We do not have plans to include something like that in Avada, however, I do think it is a nice feature. Can I suggest that you send this as a feature request to support@theme-fusion.com and our team will evaluate and consider the request in due course. Ether is no guarantee that it will be added though
In the meantime you would need to implement this as a custom solution. Please note, I have also replied to your support ticket regarding this

I am aware that there are incremental updates that can be done directly through the theme now.. hot fixes, or what not. However, as you’re aware some servers will show the patches applied when they’re not. Specifically, the google maps API key fix.
My server apparently doesn’t allow for the way you’re applying the patches and our google maps is broken. In fact, I’m seeing a lot of broken maps all over the internet.
Your suggested fix is to allow you into our server with access. This is simply not going to happen… not with sensitive data and requirements prohibit this.
When are you planning to launch a normal update that can be applied to fix this problem with maps and other fixes?

I have followed up with you via your ticket. Just to clarify to anyone else reading the comments, if the server prevents Avada from making changes to your files (which is required toi apply the patch) we will often request FTP details so that we can manually apply the patched files.
Alternatively, all of the patches will be included in the next release of Avada. The time until the next release will change for each version, however in this case Avada 5.0 currently in beta and we’re working around the clock to get ready for release. There is currently no set ETA, but we’re getting close.

Hi there, I need to change the padding in the content box shortcode in one section of a page only. When I add the class .box in the content box shortcode settings, then I add the custom css (padding) in theme settings. Nothing happens, not with the important rule either. If I add display:none to the class in the custom css – it does work, so I should be on the right track, just that the padding doesnt change. Please help.
Problem solved – if anyone else has the same issue then add .fusion-content-boxes.content-boxes-icon-boxed .content-wrapper-boxed after your created class.
