I just installed Porto 3.1, updated all required plugins as per instructions, and compiled the default CSS files in theme options. The following notice now displays in the header of all the web site pages.

Update: I saved Appearance > Theme Options > General > Logo, Icons
The notice above is gone, but now there is a long list of others.

Another update.
The issue is resolved. I didn’t have WooCommerce and the YITH plugins installed when I updated Porto. I installed the plugins and the notices disappeared. When I deleted those plugins (because I don’t need them), the notices did not return.
So, it seems WooCommerce and the YITH plugins must already be installed when updating Porto. After Porto is updated, those plugins can be deleted.
In Appearance > Install Plugins, WooCommerce and the YITH plugins are only listed as recommended. In fact, they are required when updating the theme. Perhaps you can indicate that next to the plugins?

And yet another update.
I saved theme options and all the notices reappeared. So, I reinstalled WooCommerce and the YITH plugins, activated then deactivated one at a time while saving theme options after each activation, and found that only WooCommerce must be installed and activated for the notices to disappear.
The previous version of Porto worked perfectly without WooCommerce installed. But I am finding that version 3.1 needs WooCommerce installed and activated.

If you do not want to install the Woocommerce then you can delete it and also please ignore theses notices because in the theme many files are related to each other and we have a Woocommerce folder inside the theme as well that is why theses notices appeared. Please ignore theses notices and keep working with the theme, theses notices will not affect anything in your site.

Thank you for your reply.
The notices show in the web site front end, not in the WordPress dashboard. Here is how to reproduce it.
1. Deactivate WooCommerce. 2. Go ‘Theme Options’ and click on the ‘Save Changes’ button. 3. Open web page and refresh browser.
The notices are at the top of the page.
I can get rid of the notices by activating WordPress, and refreshing the web page.
This only started when I installed Porto 3.1. In the Porto 3.0.3 I didn’t have WooCommerce installed and there were no notices.

We purchased a theme that was to meant to be for Wordpress, we got a link “http://www.newsmartwave.net/wordpress/porto/shop2/” and bought from there around 2 weeks ago, when we wanted to work with it today it said that it was a magento theme… Is it possible to get this theme for Wordpress since that was our goal from start? For the Portfolio Single page use this custom CSS:
