To me it appears that you have forgot to activate or install your Fusion Core plugin that renders our shortcodes, please go to Avada > Plugins and make sure that you have installed and activated Fusion Core plugin from there.

If your map is not working, it is most likely due to this: https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/special-features/setting-google-maps-api-key/ ... which was a change made by Google. You can use our patcher tool to update so you get that field: https://theme-fusion.com/knowledgebase/new-theme-fixes-go-avada-patcher/

Hello my costumer wants to purchase this theme but we have some questions about this theme before. are you theme supports the folowing wish that my costumer asks me? if not can you tell me what item supports and what not: Maybe you have another theme that supports most of them items. I need quickly answer because we are short of time
1. to be built in standard and image structure beneath categories BOX shaped to adjust maximum way to mobile devices means that they see the categories on the same screen of the image 2. not interested in various Flash animations that can only 3. quick site 4 many photos in high quality 5. the home page should be selling items and 6. big website background should be white. 7. advertising banners will be a great add-on 8. filtering within the store is necessary as we saw a theme of 9. inside the store to see main categories (hats, necklaces, jerseys and) 10. We will answer this as best as we can! First off to be clear, we are only the authors of Avada, so cannot recommend any other theme as we do not use them or build them
1. Can you show a screenshot of this?
2. you do not have to have animations if you do not want them.
3. You can do this yes, but depending on all that you need it will take time to set it up. A quick site depends on what exactly you are going for. You can import any of our demos seen here to get started, the replace content as needed: http://avada.theme-fusion.com/demos/
4. Yes you can add as many photos as you need, high quality or not.
5. Yes you can sell items with WooCommerce plugin, we support it fully with design integration out of the box.

7. You can put adds anywhere on the page or posts, or in sidebars, etc … basically they are images.

13. Hmm not sure what you mean on this one, can you show a screenshot?
14. WooCommerce allows you to show any type of attribute for a product, so size, color, shape, dimensions, anything … they can all be custom names to fit your product.
15. I’m not sure I entirely get this one … you can insert text however you wish on a product in the backend, and then on the front end users can review it in any language they deem to insert. However for “not scrolling” ... this is not possible with any theme depending on the length of content. If there is a lot of content, it cannot all fit on one page, so the page gets taller and you have to scroll. Hope that makes sense, unless I missed your meaning. Let me know.
16. Yes completely, Avada offers the most advanced options network ever seen in a theme.
17. I’m sorry I’m not sure what this is asking, can you rephrase it?
18. Do you refer to bookings? like book a trip or session? If so then you can do that through a 3rd party plugin, or WooCommerce offers an extension for that, Some are paid and some are not so that would be something you need to research to see what fits your needs best. It is not a theme feature, it would come from a plugin.

For those who do all stuff manually with no automation tools – can it be done manually? In other words, are these patches downloadable?
The patcher tool does it for you, so no there are not manual instructions for each one. That would take a lot of time to be honest, and the exact reason why we made this tool You simply click a button and it applies the patch automatically.

Somehow I really feel disappointment. The reason is that I got remarks after the setup of avada. It seems like I do not fulfill some php requirements and I guess that is the reason why for example my menu does not show up. I went on this site, watched and tried out the demos. After that I purchased. Currently I am asking myself the question why certain requirements are not listed on the page where I purchase this WP theme (assuming that I am not overlooking)?

However these should never affect your menu unless the max_input_vars limit is set to low that its truncating the menu or your menu have a lot of items, tho in any case we have a very detailed article on how you can fix those limits here : https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/special-features/system-status-limits/

How to activate license for (layer slider + revolution slider) the plugins still not authorized

Basically the plugins do not need to be activated when they come with a theme, the activation is only for auto updates, which can only be done when you purchase an individual license for each of the sliders.
When themes like Avada bundle the plugins with them, they do not come with an individual activation code for each slider due to license rules, however they do work just the same as if you bought it yourself. The only thing is you get auto updates through the theme, instead of through the plugins interface. Each time we update the theme, we include the latest plugins also.

Hi! I have a question about Avada’s license. I own Avada and its installed on my main domain. But I need it for development environment as well. But my development environment is on a different domain which is protected by PW. So, does your license cover development site as well? Domains are different but the same project and same LIVE site.

According to Envato’s licensing terms and conditions -> https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular – you do need a license per domain install of a theme. If you want to run a development site, that is a carbon copy of the live site, making sure it is password protected and not publicly accessible is the correct way to do this and for added measure we would suggest that you instead of using a regular domain, install it on a sub domain. This will ensure that you are well within Envato’s licensing guidelines

Avada was purchased for our website by a consultant using his own account. We are no longer working with this consultant. Do we need to repurchase Avada so that we can access customer support? We do not have the purchase code required to log in for support.

You can do such things if you turn off the default items on the page, and use it as a regular page, basically building a page instead of a post. Also you can translate any of the items via the translation files, see this post: https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/translations/ ... but if you build it as a regular page, you won’t see those titles and can insert whatever you want. to disable the single post items, you can do it globally in theme options > portfolio > single post page, or individually per post in the Fusion Page Options on the Portfolio tab.

Actually there is not a settig to make them mall the same size, we upload them at the same size. You can crop them in WP > Media library if you have some tall and some wide, pick a size and crop them to that, or honestly the best way is to upload them at the same size.

We’re not able to replicate this. Please disable any extra 3rd party plugin, clear your browser cache and then try to see if it is still slow.
Or try another browser also. And make sure you are up to date with WP and your host is up to date with PHP.
That should definitely not be slow.

Avada users have expectations, because you started announcing 5.0 months ago.
That’s fine, it’s part of a good marketing game. But if you start creating expectations so long before the release, people will obviously ask “When…” and “How long…” and “Why…”.
As for me, I couldn’t care less about one month earlier or later. I know 5.0 will probably improve my work, but it will not change my life.
I also think that many other web owners and developers cannot be blamed for being eager of getting the new product after months and months of announcements as 5.0 being a major step forward in WordPress themes.
This is just my opinion.

We truly understand your concern about it and in a way it makes us happy to see our customers so eagerly waiting for the 5.0 version, trust us the feeling is mutual because of the way 5.0 is going to change everything from development to support and future upgrades.. However with great power like this comes great responsibility as someone said and that is exactly what we are doing right now. Making 5.0 pitch perfect and delivering the mint product to our customers is one of our core concerns. Hundreds of men hours are being put into this let alone our beta testers. Hello there! I really love yout theme! I have an issue with the V.4.0.3: I use #anchor links in the menu for one page scrolling. This works fine. But I also have a separate blog page. When I am on this page the path is domain.com/blog so, the other menu links of course will be wrong, they are becoming for example domain.com/blog/#anchor . But they should become domain.com/#link . I tried a work around by giving the menu links absolute paths like /#anchor but then the menu highlighting (highlight the active anchor menu point) does not work any more and all the menu items are highlighted. The jumping to the anchor works, but it makes no sense, when all the menu items are highlighted then. I there any solution to that problem?
