The new theme update I love, but, since the update I have been seeing an increase in 503’s, 404 etc… Plus my sales have dropped. Is there something I need to do to make sure this went well?

We have updated to the latest version, but after editing the footer through theme options the builder/customizer no longer loads. In fact, we can no longer access any of the theme options to make changes to the site/theme. The builder/customizer simply hangs on loading every time we try to access it.

Our wordpress memory limit is set to 256MB in wp-config.php. When loading the customizer the following error is reported in Chrome console:

header-builder.js?ver=3.0.27:57 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘expanded’ of undefined

The code which is causing the problem in header-builder.js is:

This is the line which is being reported as the problem:

We have contacted your support with admin login details but have yet to receive further reply. We really like the latest version and do not wish to downgrade to the previous version. Instead, we would greatly appreciate your assistance in troubleshooting this problem so we can use the latest version of your theme.

We are even willing to pay extra for your time so you can look into this and help us fix the problem.

I have updated my theme using the easy theme and plugin upgrade plugin using the installable WordPress files only (because I get a styleshee.css error with the full plugin download) however after the update it says I have version 2.9.6 however according to your change-log it should be version 3.0.29 after the upgrade. How do I upgrade the theme to 3.0.29?

I can find it in the woocommerce files but it is overruled by the files in the Flatsome theme.

Hi, the countdown doesn’t work for german users since not all words have the same letter as plural ending, e.g. hour is “Stunde” the Plural is “Stunden”, day is “Tag” and the plural is “Tage”. Would be great to have a solution for this. Thank you for this amazing theme!

Can’t find it now but I’m sure before when you added a product to cart in category view, the Add button changed to View Basket? If this is still the case, can it be set to keep displaying the Add button instead of showing the View Basket link? Thanks!
