Hi this is a pre-sales question. I like some elements of your Kudos landing page – which is not shown as a demo option. Will i be able to recreate your landing page with this theme i.e will this be included as a dummy data option. for example i like the section that sits below the demos – in the section headed “CREATE ANYTHING” and which has 10 alternating rows with the numbers 1 – 10 as background images. Or can this type of layout can be recreated using standard theme elements? It yes, then I am interested in buying this theme. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you in advance. Gail

Under Create Anything words, we added several Select Parallax Section Holder elements that are part of our theme and you could recreate the same on your installation, too. When you import our demo data, you’ll see how we made that structure or any other part from our demo. You are welcome.

is theme is NOT for beginners. After 30 hours, I still have no site. I had to find documentation from OTHER themes to figure out how to create my home page. It’s hours and hours of work, EXTREMELY SLOW SUPPORT with dozens of tickets ahead of mine. I bought the theme 3 days ago and have zero to show for it. There is also lots of reference to Visual Composer, but to use this is another $30+ This theme has caused more frustrations than satisfaction. In my case, I need either to pay someone to set it up for me, or to have a direct line for customer service. All the other tech stuff for setting up my site was a breeze, but installing this theme has been nothing but a series of questions. NOT FOR BEGINNERS.
The design and options are incredible. The theme is absolutely gorgeous. For a beginner however, I recommend a less customizable theme with better documentation. There is a ton left out in the documentation.
I too wish I could get a refund.
Also, when I try to user VC it says I have not paid for it, even tho it has come bundled. PLEASE HELP! My site was supposed to go live today and I have nothing in 30 hours of work! Do you have a direct line support or premium support? I AM WILLING TO PAY! I NEED HELP!

Here is our Official Manual that should be really helpful for getting started with our theme. http://kudos.select-themes.com/documentation/ Please, note that some time is needed for getting familiar with all our theme options and possibilities if you are beginner in WordPress. Average time for response on our support forum is 24hours during week days.When it comes to VC, we have bought extended licence for the included plugins such as Visual Composer. We will provide updates of the plugins with the theme updates, as we are not allowed to share extended license key we had to purchase in order to include plugin with the theme. Your plugin is legal and ready to be used as soon as your install/activate the plugin upon theme installation. You can ignore the messages for further activation you’ve got in your admin area.
We located all your tickets on our support forum and all tickets are assigned to our trained support agents. Please, check response on ticksy. Our support team is there on your service for any other doubt.
Hopefully you’ll change this bad impression you’ve got once all this is sorted out.

I just purchased this theme as I love the many variations that can be done within the theme. But I’m really having a hard time trying to get the look and feel of the “Full Screen Sections or Studio Home” demo. I’ve installed and worked through a lot of themes just fine but this one, I’m finding myself getting stuck with what should be simple to accomplish or maybe I’m missing something.
For instance, I want to use my background image as a “full page” image that takes up the full background and have the menu placed right on top of the image floating to the right (or have transparent over the image) as it is seen in some of your demos (Full Screen Sections, Main Home, Studio Home) but I keep getting a thick white blank bar above my hero background image where my menu is be placed above my full page hero banner image instead of on top of the image. I have “Full Screen Navigation” selected in my menu setup.
Can you point me in the right direction as to how to accomplish this? I’m trying to get the start on the look and feel of the full screen sections or home studio demo. I really just want a one page theme. But I can’t even get my menu to lay over my image.
Any direction would be very helpful!

Beautiful design! Before purchasing I would like to make sure that I won’t need to purchase anything extra to make it work like the demo. Are all necessary plug-ins included? (I’m new at this- please accept my apologies if this is an obvious question.)

Also, we are using Contact Form 7 and WooCommerce plugins to make our demo sites, and those plugins are free so all you should do is to install/activate all the mentioned plugins before starting import process. On that way, you’ll have all whole demo content from our site on your installation.
