I’ve added a 10th portfolio item and now there are two pages for my portfolio. That’s fine by me. However, if I click on page 2, it will get a 404 page because the link /portfolio/2 does not exist.

Please try to reset your permalink Setting -> Permalink. Try to select the default permalink and check after that retry again with the old option.

It seems the contact page plugin (outside source) I installed was not working with the template. I disabled it and everything is back to normal. I thought the Tower package had a contact page I can add, but I can’t seem to find a template within the package.

We use Contact Form 7 plugin that works perfectly with the theme. You can reach the contact form element present in Visual Composer element after the plugin installation.

Thanks for the quick reply! I found the WMPL Multilanguage CMS responsible to create this issue. But as it is not possible to use the Website anymore wothout this plugin, i realy have no clue how to fix this. Is it maybe an incompatibility between WPML and the theme? There are different reasons that can cause slow page loading. Images size its the primary cause, javascript loading, server response time. You can optimize performance by using image compresor plugins such as smushit and w3t total cache for javascript and css minification and add file cache that will improve drastically the speed of your wordpress website.

The main problem you have its the gzip module that seems to be disabled. Try to activate the mod_deflate apache module and you will reduce the page size about 728kb, that is so much.
The second move its the installation of w3total cache plugin that is so important to fix blocking scripts and minify css and javascript files.

Hello, I seem to have lost the ability to edit pages with this theme. When I click on “edit” a page, the Visual Composer section does not expand. I only have the option to click on “layouts”, “add a section”, or “frontend”. If I click on “frontend” the page seems to opens but is faded out with a white overlay and I get a “loading” screen endlessly. What has gone wrong with this theme?

Please have you downloaded the new update lunched some days before. On the new update you will be able to update theme and visual composer.
This issue can also be caused by some third-party plugin not compatible with our theme.

According to Themeforest – the “Last Update” was released on 22 September. I also received an update notification email that day yet the latest version is still version 1.8.2 (released in August) according to style.css downloaded today and changelog on Themeforest. Will you be releasing an update or v 1.8.3 soon?

The shopping cart image its connected directly through the woo commerce plugin, so you don’t have to link it. In case you want to link it to another page you have to make customization to the header.php file.

Can sliders be added to the top of a post, as they can on pages? The options exist for sliders on the post admin but doesn’t appear to be functional. Is this correct or am I just doing something wrong?

This is a misunderstanding you can add an Codeless slider on Post but you can edit the header of the single post by switch on the option “Overwrite the default page options” and set a header background.

Unfortunately, that did not work. In fact, it’s just like before but worse. There seems to be a sort of animation of the arrow buttons zipping into place from bottom center, and it feels more sluggish than before. I was hoping just to have those arrows appear in place (always) from the time the page loads.

Thank you for the theme, however, there is a bug. If you add 2 slides to codeless slider it still shows the “next arrow” and “next” text on slide 2, even though, there is no slide 3 and the looping does not work?
