Why does my Envato Toolkit not show an update for this theme from 2.9.6? I have envato toolkit installed and my API saved.

after i install the zip file it just says “are you sure you want to do this?” and all i can select is ‘please try again’.
Try upload with FTP instead if you got problems. Did you try the “Easy theme updates” plugin way?

Dear members of Flatsome, I installed the Theme as the instructions and videos, and I can see my website and I’m also able to log in to Wordpress.The only problem I get is when I go to the menu above ‘Flatsome’ -> ‘Theme Options’ -> ‘anything in the list’, if I click on ‘menu’s’ then it loads to a white page and nothin else. It won’t start the flatsome options. Please help

Hey! I found out I had to upgrade the PHP version from my host to 5.6 instead of letting it at 5.5 Everything is fixed now and showing up! Can’t wait to finally get started with this amazing theme of Flatsome!!! THE BEST!
Adding a products box in the ux, the Lookbook Style and Lookbook Style 2 don’t show anything. What could be causing this?
Also, is there an option for a simple, vertical display of products with a description to either side?

Are you sure this happened when you updated to FL3? We have not changed any functionality regarding this.

unfortunately yes, the issue was not exist before FL3 ! I tried deactivate plugins to check if there is any conflict, but no , issue still here 
I also tried with Chrome, Explorer and Firefox , all the same , including ADMIN login via my-account page .
if I try to log via http://mysite/wp-admin .. it works , admin & normal users !!

Hi there, you don’t need the Ajax search plugin anymore. We have a built-in ajax search plugin now. YITH Wishlist is integrated to Flatsome so it should work. What kind of error message do you get?
No error message, it just conflict with theme options page and appears the data over each others
Please may you update the installable wordpress files only download from 2.9.6 to the newest version of 3. WHen I tried upgrading the version didn’t change so I took a look at the change log and the version is 2.9.6 in your downloadable zip file?

Playing around with 3.0 version, before I actually decide on upgrading from 2.9.6.
I’ll start from saying that I love your job, and it’s definitely huge potential in new Flatsome 3.0 – once it’s finished ;-p
Now, couple of bugs / missing functionality found so far, for you to hopefully fix with next updates:
- Quick View product Image is clickable, what causes opening the image itself and leaving the website
- in 3.0.28 version there was a bug when adding shortcode to product categories descriptions, which caused php error and hiding category from WP admin (only fixable by removing the code from database directly) – maybe it’s fixed in latest version, didn’t try again
- Related / Upsell products display setting in theme options is not working as nice as in 2.9.6 it is/was – actually I can’t really get it to work at all according to available options there, it’s only possible to either enable or disable it, layout choices don’t work, and when for example enable to display in sidebar it only shows in form of a list with product thumbnail
- it’s no longer possible to make featured products sliders to automatically rotate, like it is within 2.9.6 by adding auto_slide=”true” to the code. Animations don’t seem to work for products shortcode either
- custom Blog Home Page Header does not apply to blog categories and single posts anymore, as it was in 2.9.6
There’s few more issues which slipped my mind at the moment, but will get back to you once I’ll ‘step’ on them again!
EDIT: just found that Flip Book doesn’t really lets you choose product categories or products in the builder? it looks for it all within normal posts?

- UX Builder occasionally ‘lags’ terribly, forcing to close it and open it again to be able to work fluently – hard to explain in details
- Text Editor in UX Builder opens empty most of the time, even if it shows content after closing it and opening again – empty

Anyway, think lags only happen when I play with browser window size, while having Builder open in other tab.
As to Editor being empty, already at 128MB. Maybe I’ll try higher, but that just sounds like an overkill.

Hi there, I just have a few pre sales questions: 1) – watching a video on 3.0 – am I right in assuming that to download demo content I need to activate with you with licence key – I just wondered how this works if I develop locally – I may make several copies on my computer to try customizations out – I assume it is possible to still do this? 2) with a bit of custom coding would it be possible to make the sub/drop down menu in your theme expand to full browser width not just container width 3) again with a bit of custom coding would it be possible to float/move the single product page thumbs to the left and shift the main image to the right slightly to accommodate this? – many thanks Jo

First of all, this template is very good, great job. Now I tell them my case. I want to have a coupon website, where all products are on offer, the partner companies are those that sell and send products.
1) When a customer buys a product, mail notification of purchase, almost always receives the client and the administrator of the website, is it possible to add to the partner company as another recipient of that mail notificiacion purchase?
2) Is it possible to register with Facebook, instagram or twitter?
3) Is it possible to place a product limited by time and that this time can be seen on the product page?
4) Is it possible to place the number of products sold by each in the page of each product?
5) If I’m just a broker for sale, is it possible to eliminate the step of sending information? because who sends the product is the partner company, not me.
6) All products will be in deals, Is it possible to see the base value – the discount rate – the value of savings, on page for each product?
I have seen some plugins for woocomerce in Codecanyon and the official website of woocomerce, but the difference in price is high. Given the support, updates and compatibility with your template, what is your recommendation to buy woocomerce plugins?

1) This would require a WooCommerce plugin. Try search google to find something that would work for you.
2) You can use Facebook and Google login.
3) This would also require a plugin. Not sure if it exist, but try google it.
4) That would require a but custom development or a plugin.
5), 6) Again – You probably need a plugin for this.
A lot of what you’re asking is WooCommerce related and actually not Theme related. We’re just a theme for WooCommerce. Hope you understand
