I would like to purchase this theme, however when I called GoDaddy to see if this theme is compatible with Managed WordPress today they informed me that it is not. Will you be updating the theme to be compatible with WP version 4.6.1?

Sorry, but I’m not sure I fully understand your question as I have no idea what is called “Managed WordPress” by GoDaddy (I guess it is another low performance hosting plan or something). Actually, I have no idea how is possible that GoDaddy have checked Osmosis for the compatibility with something when many of our customers already host their sites there.
Anyway, Osmosis is fully compatible with the latest WP version 4.6.1 and, about the server requirements you can find more details on this article.

Well, interestingly enough you were able to answer my question. Although I’m not in the business of defending Managed Wordpress/GoDaddy, your supposition “(I guess it is another low performance hosting plan or something)” begs a response. Managed Wordpress hosting is actually know for its’ blazing performance & security.

Could you please check under Theme Options > Typography Options > Feature Section Typography? If I understand well, it seems that you are just changing the semantic of the title and not the size. Hope this is helpful!

Osmosis theme looks nice and i am considering buying it for a client’s site. But i have a few pre-sales questions, hope you can send your inputs to help me decide.
1. Can I have 2 menus on top, i.e. a top menu and a main/primary menu?
2. Can it be installed on local server (using xampp) and used to setup the complete website, before moving everything over to the live site? i.e. will theme and all its components/plugins be fully functional on local server?
3. Does this theme come with a child theme? If not, does it support a child theme?
4. Page load for the demo page is bit slow. Here are the numbers which is causing concern whether client site will be slow if I use Osmosis theme. Is there any plan to improve these speeds? I find a few other comparable themes (“You” & “Accio” for example) whose demo pages load fully within 2-5 seconds and first byte appears in less than 0.5 sec. If you can provide links to some fully built live sites of customers using this theme, it would help to see them and be convinced that speed would not be an issue if I purchase & use Osmosis theme.

1. Apart from the main menu, you can create a single level menu in the TopBar and an anchor menu ( http://greatives.eu/themes/osmosis/with-anchor-menu/ )
2. Sure you can. Basically, you can have this with any other theme.
3. The child theme is included in the downloaded package.
4. Just have in mind that there are always many other major factors (besides the theme itself) around these results.

One last query… in the “Team Element”, would it be possible to show a short write up about the team member – either below the image or by clicking on the image? I understand that it can be linked to a separate page. But if an entire page is not required to be dedicated for the member, but only a brief write up, can the team element currently do it?

The Team element is a combo element that comes with 2 different styles in order to help our customers adding their team members in a easy way. Apart from that, anyone can also add text (via the text element) or any other element just below the team image. Hope this makes sense!

I’m working on this theme for a client currently. I’m having trouble getting the header integration to work with the feature slider – Even when I select header integration, I still get the white bar at the top of the screen.

In feature slider element you can have different header style per slide. So you should either choose light or dark header if you want to have the integration effect.

This has nothing to do with the WooCommerce orders. You can just add tracking code for analytics besides the Google (there is already an option for Google Analytics).

I think that you do not need any plugin and you can have it with the CF7 in Osmosis as it is only CSS style. The guys in the support forum could help you if we are talking only for the style of the contact form.

I see! You could probably check the Revolution slider with the contact form as you cannot have this with the built-in feature slider.

Unfortunately, as I wrote before we can only be sure for our functionality and not for the Revolution slider. However, I am almost sure that you can add the CF7 shortcode into a text layer of the Revolution slider. Check this post for example

About your question now, unfortunately, there is no way to get the original images via our demo importer. This is clear enough in Osmosis description area.

I was only alerting you to the fact that I have never heard of your theme even though I have bought over 40 themes from themeforest in the last 3 years. I only knew about your theme because someone mentioned it on another theme. What is the problem there?? Or you somehow think people dont compare?
You should just answer the question I asked you. End of. As a seller, you should keep your ego in check and focus on providing solutions.

Having issues with Osmosis + WooCommerce. Can’t seem to override the “Add to Cart” URL on the shop page. The following snippet works on other themes but not Osmosis:

As mentioned works on other themes (i.e. Twenty Sixteen, Storefront, etc.) just not Osmosis.
Edit: for some reason the comments are stripping the code. To stop it from removing huge chunks I had to remove the < from the start of the a tag and from the start of the closing /a above.

On the contact page, the map pulls up momentarily then goes away and this message shows “Oops! Something went wrong. This page didn’t load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details.” Can you tell me how to fix this?
