Do you have a change log, for the files to change to fix the security vulnerability (I received an envato e-mail this morning about the WP Booking System vulnerablily, and I’ve the core theme). I’m running v1.5.1 and WP Booking System v3.0.3 and not using WC.

The security update was only to do with the WP Booking plugin that is developed by a 3rd party. It only applies to sites using this plugin prior to plugin version 3.2.
If you don’t use the plugin, no action required. If you do use this plugin, you’ll find the most recent version bundled in the newest version of the Bellevue zip from themeforest.

Question. I’m currently running v1.6.2 of your theme and v2.6.1 of WooCommerce Plugin. That WC plugin has known venerability. My Question is can I update just the WooCommerce plugin without disrupting the website inner workings. Looking at your change log I don’t see any updates for WC in newer versions of the theme and your description says that’s only compatible with v2.4.x of WooCommerce which it can’t be as mine shipped with 2.6.1. I think I should be good, but I just want to double check. Thank you.

Can you tell me a little bit more about what you want to get from the booking system? Just, check in , check out date, name, phone? If so, the pro version of Formidable might be better for you, as this can collect that info and then pass it off to an external site.

In this special situation where you want to communicate to an external website or API , yes you would need the pro version so that you can use the calendar prompts. It’s a good idea to check with Formidable support before you purchase, just to be sure.

Hi thanks for contacting us yes there is an iCal sync support with the plug-in but it is a one-way export at this time so you can export your website bookings into Airbnb. PayPal is also supported through woo commerce it’s a free add on through woo commerce

This is a great theme, it would be fantastic if a module could be included that would allow guests to leave reviews.
As an alternative simply a shortcode that could be user and inserted into teh post that would take the user to the comments block on the page, with the ability to change via the theme control panel the label “leave a reply” to something like “read our revivews” or whatever else people use in their language.

Good question. That’s actually not included but here is a free plugin that you can use. https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-customer-reviews/ If you have any issues using it let us know, we’ll help you but I don’t see any reason why it would not work. You are free to use any plugin you wish.
Hi here. I really like the design of your theme and am considering to buy it. The thing that’s stopping me is the booking widget. When I try this on your demo site it doesn’t seem to show the price instantly. What I mean is that when a visitor enters the begin and end date for the place he wants to book that a price is instantly shown (without the user having to press a button – similar to how it’s done for example on airbnb). Also for this price calculation it should be possible that different prices can be used depending on the season, special holidays, also weekend prices.
Is such an on-page calculation possible to realize with this theme?

Hello and great questions. You can put the price on the page if you wish, this is an option. However, the booking plugin works in a specific way with regards to online payment and also pricing. You can do seasonal pricing, it needs to be done in a specific way. We wrote a few articles about it here:

Thank you for your reply. Thank you for pointing me to the seasonal pricing help page. One question that remains unanswered is whether you support showing the price instantly when e.g. dates and number of guests are selected? What I mean by instantly is before the user has to press any button.

Yes, for sure. I actually went on to mark this theme as compatible with WP 4.6 but ThemeForest does not provide that option yet. 
As for the SEO plugin, the plugin author just send an update today! So that’s great news, seems that Yoast Meta Box plugin is working again!!

Are you referring to which demo? Any demo is good, they are virtually identical. If you have any questions about how multiple locations would be setup just let us know.

So you can use as many calendars as you wish, the pages are easily customized so you can start with the demo import which is the same setup for all demos and then you can clone pages or you can create your own. If you want separate logins for each location then you can create a WordPress Network aka WordPress Multisite. If you want one login to manage all locations then you don’t need to do anything, it just works. Use the demo import and theme activation and go from there.

I don’t think we have HD video on the yaletown but Master Slider can display video as a background. Master Slider does not play video backgrounds on mobile, you can choose a static image in place of the video. This is very common. Cheers!

I would like to purchase the theme, but there is one feature that I need but cannot find in the demos. Could you please let me know if it can be done?
Instead of the WP Booking System, I need to have a form with:
- a drop-down box with check-in calendar & a drop-down box with check-out calendar
- drop-down box with number of adults & another one with number of children (from what I understand, this can already be done)
When clicking on the CTA button, the visitor should be redirected to a specific url (external booking page by channel manager).
If this is doable, then we will definitely proceed with the purchase!

Hello! We have a meta box builder that allows you to use any of our content blocks in any order you wish. You can add custom backgrounds, padding etc. As for translation, yes, we support WPML, POEdit, Polylang, Loco translate and we have article to help with translation.

Great! I live in Argentina, so here nobody has PayPal. I other template i use MercadoPago Plugin so it can be installed in woocommerce and make the payment there. What about this? Can i do it? Do you have any example of box builder?

As for the search bar, sorry we don’t have that but the calendar acts as the availability because it already shows the available dates marked by a specific color. You can also have custom statuses. We also support split days.

You can use any booking system that you like. The calendar in the slider might not work the same with other plugins but if you are just using the booking calendar in the content area then yes, there won’t be any issues.
A search bar is not part of our theme but you can setup the Formidable form to send check in / check out times. You might need the pro version to use their calendar select but that might work. It will only email you the results. It won’t search the database.

I will buy i guss your theme but i for sure we can set up more adults and price can chance automaticly. we can set up price in woocomerce part and when guset choose 2 adult for example 200 for night and when they chose 1 adult for 100$. Thank you for your interest. The booking plugin hands off the number of nights and room price to WooCommerce via add_to_cart shortcode but does not pass any other info to WooCommerce. We’ve recently added support for passing Check and and Check out dates to WooCommerce and we’ve also provided 3 additional custom fields to be used in the future. This code is available in the child theme that we have included but you may need to work with a developer or designer to enable this and to make this work to your needs. The demo uses guest, adult, children in our examples for information that will be tracked in the WP Booking System but not impacting the price. This is something the developers are working on for a future release. I hope that helps.
