I am extremely keen on purchasing your “Kids World” website theme. I have certain queries that I needed to ask before the purchase goes through. I would really appreciate a quick response to help speed up the process:
1. For the purpose of dynamic content upload/update what is the interface? Is it on the lines of wordpress CMS?
2. In the theme, can multiple galleries with individual albums be added?
3. Would a calendar (month) page be possible for the events?
4. Does the theme allow to add section for public announcements and news?
5. Is Role based access to various sections, and role based creation of timetables, events, etc, possible with the theme?
Hoping to hear from you soon. These answers will help me to quickly purchase the theme.

1. If you are not familiar with WordPress then you can install WordPress and try free themes to check how WordPress interface works for upload / updates. ( Video Tutorials : https://goo.gl/U7gj8O )
2. Yes, you can add unlimited gallery / albums with gallery shortcode with drag n drop visual composer.
3. Calendar view option is not available in the theme.
4. Theme’s content part ( between header and footer ) is 100% flexible to display any section like home page 1 to home page 5 demo pages.
5. This is diff. as per plugins features – for example you can set role manager in revolution slider but not in timetable plugin. You can set common role for all custom post types like events, portfolio, testimonials, classes, etc.

Good morning, yesterday I made the transfer from the directory site testing to the main given directory. Now no longer works the button “customize” located in the “appearance” section. Yesterday I could make changes but I could’t save them. Today not even the page loads. What can I do?

It is difficult to give exact answer of this issue because we don’t know how transfer process is done.
You can check any JavaScript error by browser “inspect element” or test with default “Twenty Sixteen” theme.
You can do debug process like disable all plugins and then check “Twenty Sixteen” theme’s customizer, if it is not working with default themes then it will not open with any other themes.

Is it possible to remove the revolution slider? I would much prefer for it to be a stagnant photo that is very short, I feel the instant large photo section off putting.

You can use header background image to replace revolution slider and set top and bottom padding, hide title, breadcrumbs and search.

We have a problem in the “classes” area on the site we created. Pages are password protected via the wordpress publish area. On the back end, when the password is entered, a blank screen appears (url of a blank page is http://brandywineschool.org/wp-login.php?action=postpass) Also, on any class page or when the “this page is password protected” page opens, font awesome icons are replaced with an open square. Both of these problems began when at the request of the client, we changed password protection for three of the pages from different passwords to the same password.

It looks wordpress installation core file issue. Please test with default 2016 theme and disable all plugins which are not included / recommended with the theme. If it gives same issue with wordpress default theme then you have to reinstall wordpress or reverse any custom changes.

In theme demo revolution slider second slide which have “tree, abc, pencil, optical,flower etc.” has mouse over effect like 3D.

One click demo has sample images which you can change with your website real images. If you want 100% same images then you can do xml demo import ( which requires more time than one click demo install download process ). Preview site images are not included with theme purchase so you have to change it after temp. site development.

Thank you for this theme. I love it. And thank you for the update. I am uisng the child theme and trying to update the overall theme through the wordpress dashboard. Each time, I get a message saying

1. Delete current theme and install latest version of theme.

Please for another info. In row layout in will like to make custom custom layout for your row “1/5 + 1/5 + 1/5 + 1/5 + 1/5” but i getting error.
For example “1/6 + 1/6 + 1/6 + 1/6 + 1/6 + 1/6” this working OK but 1/5 dont.
Visual composer doesn’t support custom 1/5 column layout. If you are using theme’s shortcode generator then you can use.

1. You can keep date field blank which will hide date from hover or you can use custom css to hide only on shortcode or list page like below example.
.kidsworld_classes_box:hover .kidsworld_class_date { opacity:0; }
2. This is a complex change because list style require many changes in core php and css file. You can edit this file from
Classes template file path :
../wp-content/themes/kids-world/templates/classes.php

I can’t edit the above post. A quick search here, I found the answer. (sorry,my bad).
However, after deleting Visual Composer I couldn’t install it as well as update Pre-school codes and Time Table.

You have to activate parent theme and then update / install plugin because child theme doesn’t have plugin folder. After plugin update, you can activate child theme.

You can create 3 column mega menu by adding simple custom css class and style.
Go to admin > appearance > menus > select main top navigation and then go to tab where mega menu starts.
You will find “kidsworld-mega-menu” class in mega menu tab. Now add “column3” next to this class by adding one blank space ( example : kidsworld-mega-menu column3 ).
Save this changes and add below custom css code in child theme style.css or parent theme custom.css
ul.kidsworld_top_nav li.kidsworld-mega-menu.column3:not(.menu-item-object-category) > ul > li { width:33.3%; }

We are currently setting up new website using your theme, have found this very easy to set up and love all the functions. I am setting up an events page and want to remove some of the custom fields currently showing, we only require events to show, name, date, time and location. Please can you let me know if this is possible and how to do it

You can display only name, date, time and location in event single page by leaving blank other fields like organizer name, register today button etc. field. Event page will show only filled fields.

the event pages are prepopulated with theme info and if you don’t manually delete this then they show on your event, I would rather not have to delete this manually each time we add an event
Default info are necessary to get idea what info should come in each field. You can remove it by editing metabox file fields like remove “Register Today!” text in ‘std’ box.

Default setting is new window to open services icon links. We will add new field in visual composer in next updated version ( current or next week ) so then you can select to new or same window. If you are using shortcodes generator then you can add target=”_self” feature in icon styles shortcodes.
