I have put in a ticket and this is going on a week already with no answers. When I upgraded to the latest theme version. My Woocommerce checkout page does not display. I have reinstalled the theme via FTP and still get the same error. I have turned off all plugins and checked the error log and get this error. PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function avada_top_user_container() in /home2/ingenio2/public_html/jarfit/wp-content/themes/Avada/woocommerce/checkout/form-checkout.php on line 15

I ask because if I can’t easily get my product pages to look decent the theme is of no use to me. The demo doesn’t really give me an idea of what I can do when running woo commerce.

The responsive behavior of the Avada pricing tables is correct and intended to stack like that on mobile, by design. The responsive behavior of your example is completely different and to achieve that you would need to implement a custom solution

Just to chime in here, that file should most definitely be removed from your server if you did not intentionally upload it yourself. I can confirm that it is not part of the default Avada theme files or the Redux framework that we use.
I would highly recommend removing your installation of Avada and replacing it with a new copy that you can download from your ThemeForest account, just to ensure that no other malicious files are left behind.

Our translation files are curated by the community, so while some of them are fully translated, others may have a few strings missing that you can fill in yourself using POEdit.

No you should not have to There should be a logical explanation as to what happened.
The current update of Avada and Fusion Core works fine so it has to be some other contributing factor. These below are the obvious things that I can think of, outside of that it can depend on your exact setup.
First off, are you on the latest WP version?
Are you on latest Avada (403) and Fusion Core (203)?
Have you cleared your cache (server, plugin browser)?
Do you have any other plugins that might be the cause?
Knowing what “broke” would be of big help also. Are there errors, what exactly is broke, details, etc, etc.
In addition, if you bought before September 1st 2015, then see this post: https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/getting-started/grandfathered-support/ ... because you still have free support if so, which means you can submit a ticket and we can look at it directly for you.
If it’s not any of the above items, we would need a lot more information and would need you to submit a ticket. Envato put the support policy in place September 1st 2015, and we have to abide by it. This is why we did what we could and offered continued free support to anyone who bought before the support policy went into place. Purchases made after that are subject to the new policy though.
The support policy includes updates for as long as we issue them, but support does not, it has to be extended.
We help as much as we can in as many situations as we can, but often times you will need to submit a ticket so one of our experts can take a look and see what is going on.

Our top priority is to always ensure all is done properly and we thoroughly test it with our beta testing group of nearly 300 customers. It will be well worth the wait, the entire team and beta team are excited about it and loving it!
Getting started now with Avada 4.0.3 or starting with Avada 5.0 is not really going to make a difference in learning Avada. I personally would use Avada 4.0.3 as the stepping stone in getting used to Avada’s advanced options network, elements and settings. This means that when Avada 5.0 is released you are already up to speed

Hi, A quick question on demo content: If I installed a demo say Agency and then decided I would prefer to have Law instead, what would the procedure be for replacing one demo with another? Regards Alan

For certain things like theme options and widgets it will replace, all the pages and posts from the first demo will still be there, but not styled as Law demo since theme options is replaced. If you install one demo, then decide you want another, you should use WP Reset to reset your database, then start fresh, that way you are only getting the content from the new demo

Thanks for your reply. When importing the demos are images and videos imported as well? Also I noticed a video on one of your tutorials regarding the fusion slider you added a video of a girl running her hand through grass, do you know where I could get this background video from and/or similar ones?

Hi Alan, the images will show but you do need to buy a license to use them, unless they come from a free site. Typically speaking, users replace with their own images, https://theme-fusion.com/knowledgebase/how-to-get-stock-images-used-on-our-demo/
Any YouTube or Vimeo video will show for sure, as those are free services and we’d only use free videos, self hosted videos have watermarks or for example the Classic demo you import will have image, but free ones so not the ones you see on the main Classic demo.
But that link above shows you several really great free photo sites to use.

So to clarify: If I used Agency demo then I would have the images and video etc that you currently have on your demo but some may need paying for?
Also that video I mentioned in the above post with the girls hand over the grass in your tutorial, do you know where it came from as I have a use for that on a future site.

You would have some images, they will not all be the same. It depends per demo as some are free and some are not.

The video hive video when importing, or any video of that nature, will be low res and watermarked since it requires a license if you (the customer) wants to use it. Hope that makes sense!

1. All of the demo’s are just examples of what’s possible with Avada. After you purchase Avada, you will have access to all of the demo’s that you see on our website. As each demo has it’s own set of options, you can only import one demo at a time. However, if you wish to try using different demos, you can simply reset your site using a WordPress plugin and import another demo.
2. Yes, we do have extensive documentation that covers all of the steps to importing a demo.

3. As with all themes on ThemeForest, each license can only be used on one website. If you wish to Avada on multiple websites, you will need to purchase a license for each one.

Hmm the theme definitely allows it as you can see in the custom font uploader area: http://d.pr/i/15EUx ... so this must be coming from your hosting company. I’d contact them and explain the error, they may have a reason for that.

Hi Guys, Just wanted to ask if there is a way to close the first tab on mobile devices? I ask because when open the user must scroll down in order to see that there are further tabs which they may open. At least if the first tab was closed they could see all the tab titles at a glance.

For Avada 4.0.3 a custom solution would be needed to achieve that. There is unfortunately no option to determine which tabs are opened or closed on mobile. You are welcome to send this in as a feature request to support@theme-fusion.com and please title the email ‘Feature Request’
It’s a limitation of tabs on mobile, tabs are meant for very little content, and are not best for mobile, now he can hide them on mobile, or change what displays on mobile with Avada 5.0 through the new mobile visibility system that will allow you to set different layouts per section for small/medium/large screens. On mobile, he can just put a paragraph of text and hide the tabs, but hide the paragraph of text on desktop

- Is there a premium access that limit the possibilities of the regular version? - Can I use this theme on multiple websites and hosting servers I’m working on? By this, I mean do I need to re-buy the theme everytime I want to use it on another website? - Can you customize every page with different elements provided by Avada as you like or change for example home version 1 with deleting and adding more or less content?
