Sorry to say that there is no option in the theme to add the Snapchat Social Link to the footer widget. If you have any HTMl then you can use the HTMl code in the Text widget otherwise there is no option.

Hi, just a very quick support question. I have created a one page site with the addition of one other page called ‘Blog’. I have created two menus – A Main Menu and A Blog Menu. This is needed because the Blog page has a different menu that links back to the Anchors on the Main Page /#Services /#Contact etc.
The problem I have is the Main Menu with just the anchors #Services #Contact is also used on the Single Post Page. This means when you are on a blog post, if you click on the Menu item to go back to the single page anchor (say for #Services – the link points to www.mysite.com/my-blog-post/#Services and should point to /#Services.
Can I change the menu shown in the Single Post to the same menu selected in the Blog page?

You should use the complete URL means www.mysite.com/my-blog-post/#Services for blog page services section. Yes, you can select the same menu for the single post as blog page menu from edit the post and go to view options and select the Main menu.

Please go to products and then select all products as bulk and select the edit as bulk than just click the update button, then all products will assign the categories. Then Refresh your home page it will work.
Some time after the demo import the products did not get the categories. So we have to update just once.

If you want to change the search form language then you have to translate the theme’s default languages files into your Vietnamese language. You can find these file from wp-content/themes/porto/languages/en_GB.po and .mo files. Please translate both the files.

I put this tag to the content top field for my home page.

Then refreshed the product page and saw that product attributes appeared in product description, but not as the selectable parameters, so that buyer could choose which color he wants:

I think that is your server issue which did not give permission to add / save the settings of the Theme Options. Basically, when you saved the theme options then it’s created the skin_1.css file inside the css folder, because of permission the theme is not able to create this file into your site. Please contact your server to change permission to 755.

It seems is a problem with the Ultimate VC Addons, if I take it out then my page works, I even have to change the name of the plugin from de cpanel because I can´t even access to the wp-admin page. Hi. I use the demo corporate 7. Please help me how can I have different color in main menu fonts and in sticky header menu fonts. I use transparent background with white fonts in main menu and in sticky menu I want white background with black fonts. Now I set the main menu fonts white and I cannot see them in sticky header since the fonts of both menus could have only one color.

Hello,
I am having a couple of problems with the update. I put everything in a new directory while I try to work out the kinks but I’m stuck on 2 of them.
On the home page your built in element with the images that cycle through the circle do not appear. (there are 4 images that should be rotating)
Also on the home page the Latest Blog Posts aren’t displaying properly. The 4th post falls below the 3rd one.

1. If you have changed the directory of the site then you have to upload the images again in the circles or if the images are there in the element just click the update button once to load the images properly from the new URL. Otherwise, please upload new images for the element.
2. For the blog post you have to compile the theme CSS again for default CSS. Please go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Compile Default CSS >> Click the save changes button >> Then Click the Theme CSS button >> Then Click the Plugin CSS button.

I intend to buy, but there are details that are not available, documentation is just listing features, but not actually what things mean, you need more descriptive details like each feature meaning and where it affects on the front end, as it is not a good thing that when I change a thing to keep looking on the website where the change happens.
On the other hand I noticed too many questions that are answered to change a style, but there is no actually a style guide, do you have one?
