Τhe first link you sent us, displays your blog posts. As you can see yourself, there is no paging on the bottom of this page, meaning that ALL you posts are displayed into a single page…and since there is no 2nd page, it’s absolutely normal the http://macchione40.com.br/noticias/page/2/ link to produce a 404 page!
You can visit the Settings > Reading > Blog pages show at most option and update the max number of the posts displayed on each page. As I can count, your first page displays 23 posts, meaning that the value on the specific field must be set larger than that…you can pick a value between 5-10 and check again if the paging is correct. Please note that if this value ( the existing one or the one updated by you ) is not applied on the front end, this means that a plugin you use is interfering with the default posts WP query…we can be 100% sure, since our themes don’t interfere with this default behavior.
