Good afternoon ! Thank you for your interest in our theme. The visual attributes is not available as part of the theme and you may require an external plugin to achieve that. The sidebar however is custom HTML and it should be coded and styled with your own code.

The import fails when there is a not enough memory or time for PHP to execute. Please make sure your php_memory_limit in php.ini is atleast 256MB and the execution time is set to 60 seconds. You can contact the host if you do not have access to these settings.

I have a issue with the cart in the header section. On the right hand side, (it has the basket next to it) There is no link so it doesn’t do anything when clicked. At the moment when hovering over the cart, you can see the link is, http://www.mysite.com/# where can I add the cart link to this?
It has the # tag at the end of the url at the moment.

Thank you for purchasing our hteme and for reaching us. Yes, you can edit the email templates sent to customers. Please navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Emails. You will see all the templates listed. You can then edit the template via child theme.

The demo however will look like this : http://dummy.transvelo.com/unicase/
Once you import the dummy data, you will have to configure it.

By using the latest version of this theme, I made some changes to the stylesheet. So i upload and update the old theme. But now the theme options can not save the changes, as well as when I make changes to a menu item, the changes are not saved. Can you fix this?
