Is this theme compatible with the plug in Total Donations as I would like to use with the theme and would there be any support if used?

We have not tested that specific plugin with Avada thereby cannot guarantee 100% compatibility with this 3rd party plugin. If an issue does arise our support team will take a closer look, and depending no the issue, may need to defer it back to the plugin author because we do not have control over the plugin or it’s development
As an alternative, Avada is 100% compatible and design integrated with the Woocommerce plugin, and using this plugin you can set up a donations section as explained in this help file they created for Nonprofits -> http://bit.ly/2dQdxtr

For an answer here to help speed you along, the hover color for portfolio and blog items is changed in theme options > Extra > Featured Image Rollover.
The Contact form fields are theme options > Extra > form styling.

I just added a webshop for my page www.gocut.dk . But when showing products on ipad and mobile phone. It looks very bad. when the device shows resolution lower than 760 px, theres only one product pr row.
I checked your site preview, and its the same problem.

That is default WooCommerce, they only go to one column on mobile. That comes from the WooCommerce plugin itself, is is their code, and not something we would change.
However with that being said, we are looking into adding our own feature for it through the theme that will allow them to gracefully fall from say 4 to 3 to 2 to 1 depending on screen size. But in general, that is not us, it’s Woo

Hi, is it possible to use various colors for every menu link? I’m using the first menu with colored strokes above the menu item. I want to give first menu item for example green stroke, 2nd red and 3rd yellow.
2. Question: I also wanto to give the tagline element different stroke colors.

Currently there is not an option for that, however you can do it with custom CSS which would be a customization.
The tagline does not offer a border color, but that can also be done with CSS, although I’m not sure how well that will look or act.

Hi, is there a way to change features in the blog template so that I don’t have to make the changes every time I publish a blog? For instance. For each blog I need to change the Background color on the header to #58595b, the background opacity to 1 and need to hide the page title bar. Suggestions? Thanks for your help.

Yes for sure, you do that through the global theme options panel
Theme options are global, which means they affect every page and post.
Then page/post options (which you are using based off your reply) are used to override global theme options on a case by case basis.

Hello, I am using Avada theme and the “User login” feature. When the user logs in a new item appears in the menu (I’m using Nav Menu Roles plugin to hide button in menu). So it used to work but recently I’ve noticed that when I try to log in with “User login” feature, the browser redirects to the homepage but I am still not logged in.

Hmm maybe it was a new update? Are you up to date with everything (Avada + WP + the plugin)? We have a lot of customers who use that plugin and have not heard any reports.

Check your global settings (theme options > sidebars > blog post (for posts ) or pages 9for normal pages).
Then also, if it’s a normal page, check the fusion page options box below the content area.
You can set sidebars globally in theme options, but then override them per page or post in the fusion page options box. so both areas need to be checked if something is not displaying.

Hi I can get the sidebar to show up in blog posts (which I dont want) but not the blog page. And I only want the sidebar on the blog page so the global settings are no good to me. I have set the sidebar correctly in the fusion page options and the sidebars I have created work on all pages except the blog page

Can I place WPML language switcher icons (flags) in top navigation area?
Yes you can There is an option for it in WPML, and make sure if you want it in the top navigation area (like top bar in header 2-5) that you select the menu to show there in theme options > header content.
