I don’t know why, but the only color I can change is from the floating cart of bigmarket (and that’s not even the one I chose in the first place, I was using the grocery demo, but with that one I couldn’t change a single css value and see results).

Why is this taking such a long time to be solved?

I need to be able to change something as simple as the demo colors, if not I will ask for a refund. The documentation states you have a good theme options panel and It isn’t working… before I spent 99€ on your theme I asked several questions to be sure all the features I needed were there and now I’m left with poor support and a malfunction theme.

I’d like at least for you to tell me what’s wrong with my installation so that I can take action. And of course, for you to solve the problem as soon as possible.

It is not a 3rd extension support. Please read the message I put in the support. The plugin developers need the list of changes you have done in my site recently so they can check why it is not working. The plugin was working fine before you do the changes. So I am trying to connect you both and get this issue fixed. If you are saying that supporting the theme please provide the support and respond to the queries. I was waiting for the response whole day yesterday. Can you please respond to those queries and help to fix this rather than dragging?

Product listing is not working— After moving to checkout page it takes ages to load and if you refresh the page it gives redirection error which you have to clear the cookies so that u can browse the website..

Also, I’m testing the live preview on my phone and I’m noticing the cart tends to float left in the first seconds of loading and than goes to the right when the page finishes loading, which is distracting… how would I be able to fix it if I buy the theme?

Oh, and I can’t remove items from the cart if I’m on my mobile phone either :/ ...
