When I´m trying to use the UX Builder is always just get stuck on the loading screen with “Loading UX Builder” I have tried to reinstall the theme. Any tips?

I updated yesterday to 3.5 but the admin is very slow and the variations of products did not work on modile view anymore. So i downgraded it to 3.1 and everything works fine now. Anyone else having these issues?

Hi there, we have not changed anything that should make it slower. Could it cache that had to reset? It usually takes a bit time for the speed to be back to normal after cache has been cleared.

Biggest issue is variations did not work anymore on mobile after update. Am i the only one experiencing this isssue? I use polylang as Well. 3.1 Works just fine.

I am interested in this theme and have some pre-sales questions:
1) Am I able to modify SEPARATELY AND GLOBALLY the colours for: a) the review stars b) the add to cart button (in the listing & on the product page) c) the linked name for the product in the category listing page d) the price
2) Do you have any pages that show the add to cart button in the listing/ category view?
3) Do you have any examples of Bulk pricing being in use and a table showing the price on the product page?
4) Can I have a 1 page checkout?
5) Can I set the colours on the checkout page separately?
P.S: I can’t see the checkout page – it never takes me there.

Hi. Interested in your theme. Is it possible to create a carousel of brand logos? Normally we’d do this with Visual Composer but see your theme relies on your own UX page builder.
Example of what we want to acheive (just below the main slider – the grey logos moving horizontally, clickable, with no gap, and not flying back to beginning of each cycle. just going round and round)

One other question – for Product Categories, the image that appears in the category title bar on the page, that’s controlled by the Thumbnail right? But what if we want the title bar background to be a dark, wide image, but still want the category Thumbnail, that appears when we embed some categories on a page elsewhere, to be normal appearance and proportions? Basically they need to be 2 different images, but seem to be controlled from one place.

Hi there, I have upgraded to the latest version of the theme (3.1.5) and i’m running WooCommerce v2.6.4 and i’m finding it very slow in the admin area when trying to manage products, it’s just hanging when loading various areas of the admin, especially products page which takes about 90 seconds to load and has 13 slow queries in Query monitor all from WooCommerce. Is there a compatibility issue with theme v 3.1.5 and WooCommerce v 2.6.4 ?

Flatsome V2
I am using “CloudFlare Flexible SSL” plugin which changes HTTP to HTTPS links of HTML elements e.g. images, js, css.
One thing is not changed, it is logo URL. It seems to be hard coded.
Cloudflare Flexible SSL service gives the SSL Certificate on their side, with HTTP on my side.
You could try use this plugin: http://uxthemes.helpscoutdocs.com/article/225-problems-with-ssl
You can also try set the logo once more when in SSL to make sure it has a SSL url.
“Cloudflare Flexible SSL” is the right plugin for this and working well because it changes URLs of almost all HTML elements of the Theme due to Flexible Cloudflare service. Just logo URL HTTP isn’t changed.
Anyway, thanks for response.
I just manually changed HTTP to HTTPS in Logo Upload Theme Settings and its worked.

Indeed. Theme worked well and saved file URL in HTTP, because my server doesn’t have HTTPS and Wordpress installation is on HTTP.
“Flexible SSL by Cloudflare” means they make redirections by plugin on Wordpress, because SSL is added betwen Cloudflare and the user:
server > HTTP > Clouldflare > HTTPS > End User
I kind of struggled to update the links of my social icons to my actual pages (Facebook; G+; Twitter etc …) Therefore here is the very simple trick : Just click on the Flatsome update theme / Then on Social Icon / Then customize the Links

Why do I have to sign up for some account just to read the help instructions?? So I signed up for that site, it made me create all sorts of stuff I DIDN’T WANT TO CREATE.
