I recently upgraded to 4.0 and now my woocommerce products page formatting is all out of whack.

Please make sure that you are on the latest version of theme that is 4.0.3 and also all the patches are applied from Avada Patcher tool as mentioned here : https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/install-update/avada-patcher/

Now iam on big problems, the https was solved due to my internal links, but it persist when i log in my wordpress it jumps to https directly and google is positioning my domain in https and my bounce rate in analitics is growing

Your site’s protocol isn’t set by Avada, so if you’re having issues with this in your URL’s, it’s likely a WordPress setting that is incorrect, or your site hasn’t been properly configured for HTTPS. Hi. A few days ago buy AVADA THEME. Until this day I have worked very well with the theme.
This week I started to try the theme for another website and I’ve made good progress.
The question is … Do I have to pay back again the plugin to use it on a different website? If the answare is “YES”... how can I keep everything I already made for this new website or I have to redo everything again?

If you wish to use Avada on more than one site, you will need to purchase an additional license. As per Envato’s licensing rules, each individual site/project requires an individual license.
If you want to copy your content from your first site to your new site, you may wish to use a duplicator plugin:

Hi Ryan.. I buy a new license. Can I install it in the same localhost proyect? I mean…
I allready have the avada theme there, I have some configurations, pages, post, etc..
I install de duplicator and export all the work
Now i have the new license and I thought I could delete the old AVADA and install the new AVADA. And then import the duplicate.
is this possible? Or I need to create the new project from cero to then import the duplicate?

Hi guys, Does Avada come with any Gravity Form licence? Is the latest version of Avada compatible with the latest version of Gravity Forms?

The license that is included with your Avada purchase is for the theme only. While we do include two premium plugins (Revolution Slider and Layer Slider), we don’t include the Gravity Forms plugin. It’s also worth noting that even with the plugins that we do bundle with Avada, a license for those plugins is not included.
In regards to Avada’s compatibility with the latest version of Gravity Forms, we don’t have any reports of any conflicts. I believe we are fully compatible, but if you do encounter any issues using the plugin with Avada, please let us know by submitting a ticket and our team will investigate the issue for you.

Hey my friend, I’m running into a small problem I was hoping you could help with, using the Lifestyle demo content, the main page with the 4 sliders I was changing the url locations on those sliders by default they point to the avada demo. When I changed the url the sliders are no longer clickable to go to the new location. I can’t understand what I did wrong, it was just a simple change in address. If you could point me in the right direction that would be great. Thanks
Also I noticed any changes I make for that demo home page for lifestyle, the page doesn’t update my changes, so I change the image of the yoga&fitness the page won’t display the new change. Its just a white box.

What is the CSS to specify the 100% Width Left/Right Padding for mobile? I would like it to be different than the desktop padding in the Theme Options.

If you would like to have padding that scales with the device, I would recommend using a % value instead of px. This will scale down from desktop to mobile and all devices in between. Installing themes in WordPress is quite straight forward and Avada follows the same process as all other themes. You can install Avada via your WordPress dashboard, or via FTP. You can find the steps to both methods in the following articles:

Hmm, are you installing Avada via the WordPress dashboard? You shouldn’t be encountering this issue, as Avada installs in the same way as all other WordPress themes. Just to be sure, are you following the steps in this article?

If you are and are still receiving that error, I would recommend trying to upload the theme via FTP instead. You can find all of the steps to uploading via FTP here:

Hey, I´m thinking about buying a new licence for another client project. But the limitation with only “portfolio” as one custom posttype isn´t enough for this. Are there plans to integrate more (like a gallery) in a next version of avada or should I better use the plugin “Custom Post Types and Taxonomies for Fusion Builder”?

While we do have plans to expand on the gallery options, there are no new post types coming with Avada 5.0. It is possible to create a gallery using the Image Frame shortcodes (with the new gallery ID field), however these items aren’t part of a post type.
You may wish to use a third party plugin to create your own custom post types, however, these will not be integrated into the page builder elements.
If there is a feature you would like to see added to Avada, please do email your suggestions in to support@theme-fusion.com with “Avada Suggestion” in the title so that it can be reviewed by our development team.

If you are getting error like that then the update was not performed correctly. When it comes to updating all you need to do is make sure that you follow these update instructions 100% and you you will be fine

Is this theme compatible with the plug in Total Donations as I would like to use with the theme and would there be any support if used?

We have not tested that specific plugin with Avada thereby cannot guarantee 100% compatibility with this 3rd party plugin. If an issue does arise our support team will take a closer look, and depending no the issue, may need to defer it back to the plugin author because we do not have control over the plugin or it’s development
As an alternative, Avada is 100% compatible and design integrated with the Woocommerce plugin, and using this plugin you can set up a donations section as explained in this help file they created for Nonprofits -> http://bit.ly/2dQdxtr
