Fabulous theme – can’t believe I’ve only just come across it… am currently considering rebuilding my current project using it, but I’ve a quick question before I go ahead and purchase…
Portfolio item… Next/Previous links… my current theme has the option to navigate Next/Previous within the Portfolio Item’s Category (as well as through all portfolio items)... is it possible in your theme to specify this?
I’ve looked in the support documentation and can see you can specify the ‘index’ page on a given portfolio item, and I understand the latest version now has ‘related items’ as an option to include on single-portfolio pages (this could be a solution)... but I can’t find a reference to limiting the pagination to a category.

Hi there! Thanks for the great update! I have one short question: When scrolling down a page, my sticky menu does not move to the top of the window. This results in an ugly 6 mm space above the menu, where the secondary menu has been. Is this a mistake in my settings? It worked fine in 1.3. I appreciate the effort you put in developing Uncode. GM! I have one problem with the heading module. When I align the heading using the rich text editor, the text looses its size settings (h1, h2, ..) and does not get alinged centered but will be right-aligned. (I have just updated the theme to the latest version. This did not help unfortunately.)

I have a concern with photo storage. Are you relying strictly on Wordpress/Hosting storage to maintain all of the photos or can I use a cloud service? (ie. Dropbox, Google Drive)

Hi kieferipsen and thank you for interest! The best you can use to store photo an a third party service is Amazon S3. We have lot of users that host contents on this service. Let us know if you need more infos!

Great theme! One tiny glitch. One request.
1) Menu Shrink “Skips” : When setting sticky menu to shrink, it “skips” or “jumps” like a hiccup to the top for a second when scrolling down, or pressing page down. This occurs on all platforms and browsers, and in your demo too.
2) Search : Can you add the ability to dismiss the full search bar with “Escape” key AND clicking ANYWHERE outside of search field? Right now it’s only dismissable bny clicking the “X”.

Hi Michae1, ok understood but this is the expected behaviours of the HIDE menu and it’s related to the normal browser framerate rendering, in case you can use the STICKY option (https://undsgn.com/uncode/homepages/classic-business/) or take inspirations form other combos, ex HIDE + STICKY (https://undsgn.com/uncode/showcase/).

Hi. I am using the portfolio photo theme with the standard media gallery. I want my thumbnails on the homepage / portfolio to be different crops of the images that pop up when clicked on. How do you display different images for the thumbnails that then display a different image when clicked on? I hope someone can help asi can’t seem to work it out.

Good morning guys! I have read a few comments regarding portfolio filtering and can´t see anywhere how to filter successfully. I can filter using posts but not portfolios. Portfolios are shown correctly with the filter upon it but every time that I try to stablish filters to show specific portfolio categories or portfolio by name it doesn´t show anything. I would appreciate any hint on this. Thank you!

All portfolios are shown. 2 One block filtering portfolios > category (marbles), no filter menu activated, here no items found. 3 One block same settings as the first one, all portfolios are shown. I need to filter portfolios by categories (marbles, limestones, travertines etc) or by color (green limestone, green marble…) I can do the filtering using posts but not portfolios. All needed portfolio categories and entries are created for them to appear when filtered

No sorry the excerpt is stamped in the HTML and it’s not possible fine tune with CSS only for some views, anyway this is normal when you include lot of text in the bounds of an image on small sizes. At least we can suggest a single line of code to hide the text excerpt in mobile if needed.

Hi, ok i can see that it is possible in thumbnail options. But it seems not to work to delete the meta data from single posts, or the blog headers in Uncode Theme Settings. I have them off but they are still there.

Hi, i found a solution my self- .post-info div { display: none; } BTW, I like the fast respons here. This theme is really good, but have a high learning curve compared to the others I’ve used. There is almost too much settings which are difficult to find. For example i have still not found how to change the menu text colors when using different headers and scrolling down in pages the menu text color changes to a gray color which is hard to see, because my accent color is dark green.
Guess i have to read the manuals carefully to see if i can found info.

Let me explain. -I set up a copy of my Wordpress site on a separate server. -Installed Uncode. -Imported demo material. -4 automated emails were sent out by the email notification feature of Jetpack for the new posts included in the demo material. Part of your demo material included the previously mentioned language. -I along with many of the people who subscribe to my site find such offensive given the context.

I have installed the theme and it appears to be triggering a number of fatal errors
such as:

So far after a few minutes these errors disappear, but they are a concern – is it possible to have some assistance please?

I am unable to install any of the demo files. I have tried everything. It times out every time. Its really frustrating to have to spend this much time on a theme just to get the demo files to load. I am on Dreamhost.com and have WP Memory Limit:256 MB Server Memory Limit: 128 MB
Ok I even attempted to install this on Hostgator thinking it may have been a issue with DreamHost.com but i still can’t seem to get the demo’s to install.

Just purchased this theme. Is the visual composer that comes with it only this stripped down backend version? I.e., is there a way to make website edits using the visual composer on the front end where you see your visual elements while you make edits?

Thanks, I understand that the version which comes with the theme download uses the tailored version where the backend editor is disabled….do I have the option and ability in this theme to turn it back on?
No sorry this is not an option as explained since the actual engine is good (and not so good) just for basic functionalities, while Uncode is really extended.
