Hello, I’m having a problem with YITH compare working on category pages and the ‘related products’ on an individual product page (the compare button works on a single product page for the product in question but not related).
Can you think of anything that could cause a conflict? I have tried with Twenty Sixteen theme and it works fine so there is some conflict with your theme I can’t debug. I am using flatsome 2.9.

I think my hoster provides 16mb (hosterupe) ... I guess I have no influence… with flatsome 2 I haven’t had any trouble in this regard, something changed?

WooCommerce it self recommends 128mb or 256mb. 16mb is way too little. Sorry about that.
You could continue to use V2 if you want. We’ll support it for the next WooCommerce versions:

The Customizer and the new UX Builder requires a bit more memory than the old V2 theme options.

the multisite behaviour made me thinking and I found out: if I delete the mapped Domain in the Domain Mapping Function (WordPress MU Domain Mapping Plugin) the UX Builder and the Theme Options work …
i guess it is a bug, are you going to solve it? with flatsome 2 it worked perfectly, with flatsome 3 not….
Hi, our support has expired. Your new version of the theme completely breaks on upload, You say in your docs about this major update that you may want to just leave the theme as 2.9. But if we do that, how do we update Visual Composer plugin????

Hi there, Visual Composer has never been included in Flatsome. Maybe you got it from another theme? You need to update it by downloading the latest version of the theme where this was included.

No, the Envato message system does not give you a ticket ID. That is why I am asking you on here if you guys have a helpdesk anywhere as I don’t ever receive answers messaging you on Envato.
You should get a ticket ID if you contact us in the “Support” tab. Is that where you contacted us?
No. I contacted you via the Envato email system under your profile name, which I would assume goes to the same email address.

You should always use the “Support” tab to get support for a Themeforest item. It’s also clearly described above the comments field where to go to get support.

It should be visible by default.

Could reviews been disabled in Product editor > Advanced tab?

1. Is there a way to customize the Language selector (the one inside header builder)? 2. In the Header builder tutorial video the mobile menu is inside the editing panel and I guess it’s possible to edit it’s contents, but in the recent theme versions the mobile menu is in the left-side panel and is not editable. Is there a way to insert Language selector there, for example?

2) You can insert it in the sidebar by going to Theme Options > Header > Header Mobile / Sidebar

1. I’m using the selector in the main menu. I would like to use only flag for the menu icon, but flag and text on the opened menu. Right now the menu is text/Flag, but on the opened menu it’s Flag/Text… Thing like that.

Hi there, the bad score is because of the images on that landing page are not optimized to correct image sizes. We’ll fix that soon. We also have a “lazy loading” option that makes the site a lot faster
Hello, Im trying to open your documentation file and doesnt open. Also, Im trying to open “Getting Started” and it gets me to login page of a HelpScout page.

Hi there, we’ll make an option to disable that soon The builder actually only used if you open a page in the builder, so you could have it active without using it. It will not slow your site down.

Ok, thanks. We’ll take a look and have it fixed. Not 100% sure if it’s a theme problem, but we’ll test a bit. Would you try to use the built in slider instead? It’s much faster and more lightweight than the revolution slider.

I don’t know if it’s a plugin issue but everything was smooth in the 2.9 version.
I’m also using visual composer, the revolution 5 block is not working anymore either.
I know your builder and elements are lightweight and faster but we manage many sites and we try to work on the same plugins…
Anyway we’ll follow your advices if the issue persists.

On product page – the summary price at top is showing net prices – but when I select a product from the variations dropdown it is showing the gross price I added to the variation price. I have now turned off in settings Enable Taxes and Calculations – but how can I get the gross price showing at the top of the page.

Hi, I have changed the wp-config.php file (first to 128 and later to 256 ) and the default-constants.php (to 128 and 256). The defaults where the same as in the instruction. Nothing worked.. What can I do?
