Two questions:
Your portfolio on most layouts (including #8) has three slides within each target.
1. How do you add a fourth, fifth, etc slide? 2. How do you add video within a slide? I have tried to use the Vimeo widget and it will not stay within the target.

Q2 The ‘Slideshow’ widget in Muse is by default cannot be filled with video widgets. To achieve this, a new slide composition will need to be created by using the ‘Compositions’ widget in Muse. Hi, I use Tersus – Design 08 Multi Page (Responsive).
What is the best practise to add new projects to Portfolio page? I only use page link portfolio and I delete trigger/target of other two methods, this is ok. But every project is composed by one rectangle, two textboxs, but also by one composite (with trigger/target inside), this elements aren’t gruped (by every Project) and I can’t see an easy way to clone (duplicate) this elements for add new projects.

Thanks for the quickly answer but I don’t need create a new portfolio gallery, I need create a new sweet project (photo, text, and trigger/target). In my template (08 Multi Page) aren’t multiple portfolio galleries.
Well, finally I create one group for every project with objects of project: composition (link triggers), photo, textboxes, and rectangle, then I select group than I want copy (left texts and right photo or vice versa), Edit > Duplicate, and move to bottom.
Is there an easier way? If not, I suggest this change of group elements for next releases.

Oh, thanks. I think the problem is there are two types of projects in this page (with texts on left and photo on right and vice versa). For this reason I supose that you not include the objects inside main composition projects because then they would have the same structure.

You just have to replace the video and image files in the Assets folder.
The 3 files are an MP4 video file, a WEBM video file and a JPG image file.
Use the same file name as the samples.

Hey, sorry I am a bit of a novice… can you be more specific? I have gone to the assets section on the sidebar and I cannot see those files. Could you give me a very basic step by step. Sorry again!
Don’t worry about it. The ‘Assets’ is referred to the Assets folder not the Assets panel. There’s a folder called Assets in the same folder as the Muse file.
Another question; Why is the shade rectangle connected to the slideshow. I select the slideshow elements and it jumps to the shade rectangle box. This lays right between the composition and the slideshow. Additionally, if i choose update assets upon opening the template, it resizes all the photos in the slideshow. This is driving me crazy. I check your asset size in the assets in finder and is says they are 1920×1080. I am using the same size images and it keeps changing the placement and sizes of images. Please help.

Hi, I’ve purchased three licenses for the same product for three of my personal sites. I am following your directions for replacing the hero images in the HomePage slideshow. First, I have to inactivate the shade rectangle above the slideshow. Then, I clear the widgets in slideshow which clears the images. Then, I add images through widget panel. However, It is resizing images on each breakpoint. I am using the image size as yours included. 1920×1080. I can’t figure out why it keeps resizing the image sized when I add images.

Yes it’s possible to create a drop down menu in Muse. Even for this template. There’s a way of doing it with the menu widget setting, or a custom menu created with the ‘Composition Widget’.

I’m sorry but as stated in the item’s main page, this a template for the Adobe Muse app. Unfortunately it’s not possible to convert it to be used in the WordPress platform.
Regarding the refund…
Refund is possible but it depends on the situation. Most of the time, authors have no way of authenticating or proving the reasons of refund requests. Also, the product is a digital copy and once downloaded, buyers will have the full download package. Hence, returning back the product is not relevant in this situation.
There are rules that need to be met before a refund request can be approved so that author can be protected, or else anyone can easily ask for a refund without a solid reason.

Got a question on animated or moving objects. Using the Tersus 08 Design Single page Wide (Responsive). When the page initially loads and user scrolls down the page certain elements animate/move into position. I like it and want to keep some but disable one or two. How do I do this.
When I select the object and look in the Scroll Effects (intuitively thinking this is the setting) there is no setting. Just says: “To Enable Scroll Effects, your breakpoint must be fixed width.” In the properties the break points are not fixed, they are fluid for a better responsive design (I’m guessing).
So how are these movements achieved and how may I change/edit/disable them for desired results?

This is not something that’s by default available in Muse. It has something to do with a workaround on the Graphic Styles panel which enables muse elements to interact or to be linked with the additional JavaScript and CSS, which are the ones executing an animation or function.
Open the Main Documentation.pdf, and read this section:
Functions, Effects and Animations Created With the Additional Javascript & CSS
Then continue with:
The Use of Graphic Styles to Integrate Muse Elements and the Additional Javascript & CSS/strong>
It’s a short reading and hopefully it can help you to understand this workaround better.
To apply an animation to an object, you just need to select that object and choose the animation that you want from the pre-created styles in the Graphic Styles panel. Simply select [None] if you want to remove the animation.

Hi There, When I changed the text in the home composition it no longer scales responsively. All I did is change what it said and the size and on preview it does not scale like in the example page. The text area with in the composition is set to responsive width but now working in preview after I made the text changes.

Also, as of June 2014, new releases of Muse can no longer be installed in a 32 bit machine. Therefore a 64 bit machine is a must.

Yes there’s a way to do that. In both the Tablet and Phone layouts, go to File>Site Properties. Inside the dialog window, select the Layout tab and look for the Redirect from Desktop checkbox. Uncheck this box in both layouts.

Secondly – what is the easiest way to add additional portfolios on the mobile side?
Thirdly – How do i change the which of the portfolios is open first EG: -LOGOS -PRODUCT DESIGN -ART DIRECTION (currently open first) -PHOTOGRAPHY

Unfortunately this is the drawback for the alternate layouts template. Unless the elements size is totally the same in both type of layouts, there is no quick way of copying everything from the desktop to the mobile layout.

hi one last thing, i have sorted the mobile site out now, and looks great, but non of my triggers are working, when i click on any of the portfolio triggers nothing happens, same with return to top, the socail buttons at the bottom which i have hyperlinked, and the next/previous buttons i dont know if i have pressed something without knowing. any ideas?

For the alternate layout templates, there’s a special workaround for the tablet and phone menu. From your description, the problem could lie with the menu composition container which is a State Button.
To fix this, open the Main Documentation.pdf file and go to Pin to Top Workaround For Phone and Tablet (Alternate Layout Templates) section. Read the short two pages information to learn how to fix the problem.
