Most of the time i can’t add products to the cart on an iPhone 6 because the add-to-cart-button is disabled… sometimes it’s active.

Have a question: Is it possible to set list view on shop/category pages and only have it enabled for desktop and then grid for mobile and tablet.

If not, how can i achieve this.. List view with short description ON on desktop. Byt list view with short description OFF on mobile and tablet?

Hello, Theme is great. i love using it. Thanks for update.

But i have a problem about “banner text”. Before update, i could click on banner or banner text and link opened, no need any button or assigned link to text.

But after update when i click on text it seems just “text” not a “link”. i have to assign a link to text to open a page. So i should assign a link for the banner and the text both. it doesnt look good for seo.

Could you hep me about this problem.

No matter what I do I can’t get my mobile menu to display. I upgraded my theme version 3.1.5 and still nothing. I deactivated and reactivated all of my plugins and still nothing. Please help.

For product reviews – Is it possible that only the person who purchased that product could do a review for that particular product ? Also, is it possible that a review would not get posted automatically ?

Can anyone tell me why, when updating (in this case from 3.0.23 to 3.1.5) that Flatsome overwrites changes to its “Theme Options”? I had them all set, and then they get changed to the default Flatsome settings for the header logo, top menu bar area (the “add anything here or just remove it” bar), the default colors, and more. This is so frustrating! And this has been a problem with Flatsome for a while. Why does updating my theme manually via FTP cause my Theme Options to get reset to the defaults?

hello, I have 600×600 size image on product page and same setting in wocommerce product settings page. But when I hover mouse on the picture on product page I find blurred image (Too much pixelated). How to solve this… ?? I want clear zooming

I am trying to inset a map into a page which works fine, but how can I easily change the latitude and longitude to my correct location. I cannot click into these fields and type my correct values all I get is the left and right arrows to change the values but this is not user friendly to change this method? Any help needed

Hi. So far I am LOVING the theme! One problem though- I have downloaded the classic shop demo and all is working great except for the header.

I have customised the header in the Theme Options to included a search icon on the left and links to MY ACCOUNT and the CART on the right. These show up fine in the Theme Options preview, but when I save and exit the My ACCOUNT and CART on the right just don’t show up when I view the site in a browser normally.

The menu I have added to the header shows up fine, as does the top bar and the search icon on the left of the header but not what I have on the right of the header.

Any ideas?

Hi, Ive installed flatsome 3.0 but when I run the installer for plugins and activate them my wordpress dashboard turns white and I can no longer login. The frontend works ok its just backend. I dont know whats causing this. Do you have any idea?

The discount % label isn’t working with affiliate products. Only works with simple product. Can we expect an fix for this?

Hi. I just noticed no options in the ‘Theme Options’ panel are loading, except for the ‘Widgets’ tab. I increased the memory limits already but it didn’t help at all. Any other ideas what may be causing this issue? Thanks!
