Hi, yes I thought both your options would be there too, but they’re not. Maybe because I’m using the child theme? not sure, but I’d love to work this out as I really don’t want the date stamp on there… so any more suggestions would be great. With a paid theme I thought this would be easy.

Is the video feature in the product pages supposed to produce a video in a pop out player? I have input the video link from YouTube into the video form and when I click on the play button on the product, it goes straight onto the YouTube page for the video. Is this right?

Hi, I love the theme, but I can’t get my mobile menu to work. it works in the preview mode when I do the customization in theme settings, but the menu icon does not appear on my mobile or ipad.

Ah, I see the problem. You need to add the “Nav icon” element in the Header Builder to the Mobile header.

Have been checking it again. It looks like it’s a small bug in the theme. When I add the nav icon in the middle field of the mibile header (next to the logo), it does not show in mobile. When I add it to the right field, it works perfect.
I’ve also got another question. Is it possible to remove the “add to wishlist” icon from the product images on category page, but keep it on the product images on the product page? When I have a grid of 4 products in a row on my category page, the chance to click on add to wishlist instead of clicking on the image to go to the product page is to big (the “add to wishlist” pop-up takes about 30% of the image at least)

I upload the theme manually via ftp and now is working but in tha F.A.Q. page i get this error: Block “faq-accordian” not found.

7. What free plugins do with get which are paid?
8. Hide variation prices, show only single base price and price change on changing product size or variation.
9. Image Cloud zoom support with multiple images
10. Change image on multi image click not open a image popup or lightbox, then it should have cloud zoom.
Hi there, we use default WooCommerce functionality for the theme, so some of your request requires an additional plugin.
1, 2, 3, 4, 8 It’s only possible with WooCommerce plugins.
5) It does support it, but we have our own slider that’s much better to use.
6, 9, 10) We have a built in zoom: http://flatsome3.uxthemes.com/shop/women/beyond-top-nly-trend/?zoom . It’s supported for multiple variations also.Cheers
But as far i remember, you have mention about filteration and cloudzoom on your theme changes.log, then why would be need extra plugin for that?
Also you have mentions the same for ajax cart.

Cloud image zoom supports moveover function, it shows with it, while in your built in we have to click on the image first!

Hi, I am still having an issue with updating the theme. I tried updating from ver 3.1.5 to 3.16 and get the following message; “Update Failed: The theme is at the latest version.” The only way I can update is through FileZilla, which means renaming the old ver and then uploading the new ver. With all the updates that have come out over the last few weeks I have had to update the theme in the above mention. I would like to be able to update the theme through the themes update option. Please advise.

Hi there, sorry for late reply. I’m not sure why you use the comment field for support There is a Support tab on this page. Thats the correct way to get support. Should be possible to change that in Theme Options > Header > Dropdown.

You could try do with by creating a block and then add it to the Before add to cart HTML box.

Since I updated the theme i am getting the following error:
editor.js:3 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘post_status’ of undefined
Once I use the UX Builder and try to save the theme.
The WordPress ajax request which is made returns -1. Could this happen with SSL or something?

Yea still the same problem.. the ajax post to admin-ajax.php with action = ux_builder_save returns -1.
Weird. I have contacted the developer about this. Do you have “Object cache” or something activated that you need to reset?
Nope im using HHVM, NGINX and SSL and no other weird things. A normal GET request to admin-ajax.php works.
