Hi, we are trying Shop 6 but it didn´t load the slider properly, it says “Revolution Slider Error: Slider alias home-shop-6 not found”. When importing slider in Slider Revolution it says: “importing slider settings and data…Error: Import file not found!!!” Any other way to import the slider? Thanks!

To hide these Please Go to Appearance >> Widgets, You will find a widget named “Woocommerce Product Tags” You can delete it from here.

I have added attributes to a product however they’re not showing on the product page when I publish? Is this a caching issue or do I need to tick something else?

First of all please make sure that you are using the latest porto theme 3.2 and there are no outdated plugins in your site.
Second, I think it;s the issue of JS confliction with any other extra plugins you have installed in your site other than theme required plugins so please deactivate all extra plugins except theme plugins then check your site, I hope your issue will solve.
If the issue solved then please activate the extra plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
If your issue not solved then please contact us through our support system so we will check and solve it for you.

Yes, you can change the image sizes from Woocommerce >> Settings >> Products >> Display >> Product Images
After made the change in the size of the images then please regenerate all your products images from Tools >> Regn. Thumbnails

When you update the downloadable build, I would recommend to add minor non-necessary fixes to the change-log, too.
Many customers just looking into these after Envatos update-notification. If there isn’t a new entry, customers won’t install the update.

How to disable featured image show in page and post
Hi,
Sorry to say that there is no option to hide the featured image on the single page post. You can only do it with custom CSS code. Please use the custom CSS code and paste it in Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS section:
.single-post .img-thumbnail{display:none !important}

If you have added the posts in your site then please go to Settings >> Reading >> Select your post page which will auto show the posts you have added in the posts section. Then if you want to make the changes in the layout of the post/blog page then please go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Post

1. Yes, you can make the phone number clickable on mobile by adding the Href by using the HTML in the contact info box in the theme options >> Header section.
2. There is no need to purchase the Visual Composer Logo Addon to insert logos. You can add the logo from Appearance >> Theme Options >> General >> Log, Icons.

OK, I bought the theme! BUT…
I’ve uploaded to the themes folder through CPanel but it’s not showing in my WP admin under Themes for me to activate. I’ve done exactly what I did when I installed my current theme. Any idea why it’s not showing? Thanks

1. I think you have not extracted the theme zip file after uploading through Cpanel. Please extract the theme zip file then it will show in your WP for activation. If you are not able to do that then please give us WP admin and Cpanel login details through our support system, we will do it for you.
2. Yes, you can easily add the client’s logos in the home page. Please add the Porto Carousel VC Element and then inside this element add the Single Image Element and upload your logo image. You can insert the single image elements inside the Porto Carousel as many as you can.

Hi, I bought Porto | Responsive WordPress + eCommerce Theme today. Every time I upload the theme to my website, It shows me this message (WordPress Failure Notice). I checked Help Center page to solve this issue, but I didn’t find any solution to this. I used many methods to solve it but I couldn’t find any. (There’s no such a zip file called “Theme.zip”) can you please help me to solve this issue soon?

Do You plan to implement full 360 Panorama support in posts? PanoPress or/and iPanorama 360°? Could be great option. 360 shoots are becoming more and more popular these days. Would like to see option to open full screen modal for panorama as well as without this option. Also could be nice to have option to show small Google Maps customizable map widget in corner or before or after 360 view to show POVs on the map. With customizable placemarkers.
Pretty often i use walk-thru 360 imagery and thats why i wold like to show user what there i have several locations in this event. User can click on marker and go straight to related POV.
I like Porto so much an i have i think all versions of Porto.
So.. think about this. If needed, i can give some ideas.

Thank you for contacting us. All themeforest products allows One license for each domain on which you will install the theme (sub-domains or multisite installation does not matter though).
So regardless of number of clients, license works with number of domains. So if you are building 10 websites, you need to purchase 10 regular licenses for that etc… These are license usage policy of ThemeForest (and we have no control on this), you may wish to confirm from Themeforest here:
