Hey guys I’m looking to add the Google maps feature into the contact page using the Lifestyle theme but I dont see an option to add to my page. I used builder elements to add the google maps but it doesnt display. Plus you have options in the theme to change and modify the google maps so I assumed you have a way to add to any page I choose. Thanks for your help.

That is correct, you should be able to use google maps element on any page you want in Avada and it should appear just fine and good for you. Please make sure you are on latest version of our theme and fusion core plugin.
However if you are not able to see maps please immediately open a new ticket and our support reps will look into this issue for you.

Yes, I know my support for the license of my Avada theme has expired because, is being one year now. But, one year is quite a long time now. And, wanting to start anew, I have redesigned my website from scratch – “still working locally” after seeing some website created with Avada online, I feel like adding a new life and refreshment to my website.
So, am making an appeal as I need you guys to put me through on some things. Please, I have sent you a personal email as regard to how to achieve a “Free” or “None” Whitespace around Contents or Container-Contents both up, down and side of contents and containers. And how to create an equal height of two divided contents on a page where one can hold slides and the other something else (static content, etc). With some other request in the email.

We’re sorry, your support license has expired!
That’s what printed on the screen when I login. I mentioned that that my license has expired that it has been one year now. I have never had any major issues with Avada theme, hence, I seldom used the support system. But, this put through tutorial is all I ask. That was why I sent a personal email to ThemeFusion.

You should be able to get the theme directly from your themeforest account, right now its not showing a purchased badge for me on your account name, did you buy theme from the same account ?

i didnt got a ticket number. it says on paypal that Envato Market still have to confirm the payment. can i mention here the uniqe number of the paypal deal?
Hmm that is odd. Envato controls all of the payments and transactions.
What you would need to do is contact them at this l ink: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/newExplain what has happened, show them the transaction from paypal.
Then tweet to @envato_support the ticket # you get so they can check into it faster
but when i open a request it didnt gave me any number of ticket. ive already opened 2 tickets at the past 5 hours trying to get any help with the avada theme ive purchased… ive got an email that the money already taken from my paypal. is there any chat or phone i can call to talk with and to check it up. as you said its odd- and its actully burn me a day just to ge started my website.

I’m building a site with the Avada theme on one domain (so it doesn’t show live to customers), and then launching it on another. Can I register the product and then transfer to a different domain for the end use? Or will I have problems doing this?

You can certainly transfer the license details to another domain, however just make sure that only 1 live site is using the license details if you plan on using 2 live domains you have to purchase a separate new license.

Hi, first of all thank you for your great theme. My company purchase a license in 2015 but only now we are working on it. Everything works and looks great, but i have a little problem: One of the “lost password” link redirect to ”?action=lostpassword” (WP Login, we want this only for Admin) instead of ”/my-account/lost-password” (Just like this: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/lost-password-redirects-to-wrong-page/).

I purchased an Avada licence and I am just using now after some month, my licence has expired and I neve used the support ticket. Is it possible have an extra support just because I nvere used it? Another question is: can Woocommerce in Avada open a PopUp Cart widows after a purchase of a product? My SEO team is requesting it, because he says Avada is nice, but when I buy a product it justad itt to card but there is no evidence of the acquisition apart an animated image rotating just after acquisition. Should be better (he says) have a popup small windows that ask: “do you want by more products?” Contiune sopping or go to Checkout. thanks Mirco

I hope you are not too busy with the new release Congrats by the way!
I have a site where changes to various things (fusion slider, toggles, testimonials) do not save. Or it happens randomly. I can save toggles and testimonials but my partner can’t. I can’t save changes (for example font sizes) on fusion slides.
Is this a known issue? I’m using 4.03 and Wp 4.6.1

This is definitely not a known issue at all and should never happen, please check the same with a default WP theme and see if you are able to make / save changes to it.
If the issue persist we suggest you to please open a new ticket and our support team will look into this as soon as possible.

In 5.0 The Child Theme is loaded BEFORE the themes/Avada/assets/css/style.min.css so that all rules are overwritten, this should be loaded AFTER the main stylesheet. On our homepage there are also some php errors (we have created a ticket for this)

Hi guys, love this theme (so much I’ve bought it twice!)
I have a specific problem for a new project, I need a different logo and colour scheme for different pages. Can this be done? I really don’t want to use a different theme for it as I love everything else avada does.
I noticed in the forums there are a few posts giving bits of css to hide logos and add specific ones per page ID, does this still work in the current version as I can’t get it to do anything.
If you can let me know if it’s still possible with css and how it’d be great.

At the moment, we don’t have any options to change the logo/color scheme on a per page basis (with the exception of a few elements, such as the heading background color). The CSS to change the logo on a per page basis may have changed in the most recent version of Avada. If you purchased Avada before September 1st 2015, you are eligible for grandfathered support and don’t need to purchase an extension. If that is the case, you should be able to sign up to our support center using your purchase code as normal.
If you purchased after September 2015 then I’m afraid you will need to purchase an extension of your support to submit a ticket.
In regards to your particular issue, if you submit a ticket and mention my name we’ll do our best to have your ticket assigned to me and I’ll be able to give you a hand with hiding/changing the logo on certain pages.

That’s not a glitch in the code, the text is there for screen readers and is hidden from view for regular viewing. I have to disagree that the theme is ‘quite buggy’. If you encounter any issues with your site, we’re more than happy to take a look at that for you. First of all thank you for the great theme. We have purchased multiple licenses and love the theme. Two quick questions.
1) Is there a way to have the contact / social media bar included in the sticky header. We get this request quite a bit.
2) When trying to enter multiple email addresses after the 4.0 update it does not take both email addresses like it used to. Is there a way to enter multiple email addresses and still have it accept them.

1. At the moment, this isn’t possible with Avada out of the box. You would need to use custom CSS to force the secondary header to be visible and to re-position the containers into view. This item is on our list and we do have plans to implement it in a future version of Avada.
2. We have been made aware of this limitation after the 4.0 update and it’s currently being discussed by our development team. At the moment, there is no work around to allow for multiple email addresses. If you do require this functionality, I would recommend setting up an email forwarder on your contact email address. This would allow you to set one email address for the form and have it forward on to as many other addresses as you like.

Trying to change order of product page data but no traditional way is working (Add to cart button above excerpt for instance). Using no sidebar layout for product pages. Doing remove and add hooks in functions.php is not working. Can you point me in the right direction?
