It it possible to notify the listing owners that their listing is about to expire?

Unfortunately, it currently is not possible. The WP Job Manager does not have a feature to notify users when a listing is about to expire.

Answer: We just updated the design of the Login Modal. If you have a login/registration form already created, no changes need to be made.

•New: Add WP Job Manager – Stats to content importer.

Answer:This just imports content if you have the WP Job Manager – Stats plugin when following the them Setup Guide

“Related Listings” widget

Answer: This is simply a new widget added to the theme. You can add it to your listing pages to display related listings. See here: Listing: Related Listings

Hello there.. As per your product documentation, there are supported plugins that are used on your site. i.e. facetWP, Ninja Forms, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, extensive WooCommerce plugins.

I would like to know, what functionality will not work, as per your demo, if the theme is used with no additional plugins.

Our Listify theme can be used without any of the paid plugins as a directory theme. Only if you need certain additional features, you would need to purchase the paid plugins. See here: Do I have to use the plugins as described in your sales page?

You can ask us if there is a certain functionality you require and we can let you know if it is possible. Besides the plugins you mentioned, the theme uses WP Job Manager and some of its add-ons. You can also find more here: Plugins Docs

Hi, I need help with a few things

1) the location bar does not work, neither does the maps. All it says is ‘oops something went wrong’ how do I fix this?

2) can I import locations from google maps or must I add each location individually?

3) how do I edit the front page? I would like to remove the ‘what do you want to do tonight’ and ‘articles and tips’ section.

As per the Listify recommendations, I installed JP Sharing for social sharing. This plugin is no longer being supported and the current version isn’t up to current WP release levels. Its just a matter of time before it either stops working or conflicts with something else. Can you please advise what you suggest we all use to replace this?

am very interested in your theme, but first need to understand a few things please. For my business listing I will use a model where I will have regional agents that will do listings on behalf of clients. I also will have clients that will do their own listings. I want listings to have an expiration date. Clients will have to choose between 1 month, 3, 6 or 12 month packages. The agents should also be able to list ads for a certain time period according to the client that they are listing on behalf of. Would your theme cater for these requirements? I see you have email notifications. I will use only wire transfer payments at this point in time as Paypal and stipe is not available in South Africa. Do you send a invoice automatically? Also do you cater for ZAR currency? I need to be able to invoice the agents every month on what they should pay me. Does your theme cater for such reports. I would need an export of each agent (author) and the listings expiration date. The agent should also be notified of when a listing is going to expire I guess if they do the listing, then it is obvious that they will receive the notification.

Do you have a import function to import categories and custom features.

Does your locations populate automatically i.e if I choose a certain province or state, it will automatically list the city? If not, can I import a list of cities? Also can I limit it to South Africa and exclude all other countries? Does the location cater for a non physical location. I would like to list a website for example of an organisation that does not have a physical location. Or if someone gives seminars, but gives them all over the country how do I address those listings?

Question: For my business listing I will use a model where I will have regional agents that will do listings on behalf of clients. I also will have clients that will do their own listings.

Answer: Anyone can submit the listing. Whether it is the actual business owner or someone on behalf of a business owner. Just keep in mind only one user will be able to manage the listings. A listings can’t be managed by multiple users.

Question: I want listings to have an expiration date. Clients will have to choose between 1 month, 3, 6 or 12 month packages. The agents should also be able to list ads for a certain time period according to the client that they are listing on behalf of.

Answer: As admin, you can Create multiple Listing Packages using the WC Paid Listings plugin. Each package will have different expiration dates. Any user can select from these packages according to their needs.

Answer: WooCommerce has a variety of Payment Gateways. You can use one of these to fit your needs and replace PayPal. The WooCommerce plugin will generate invoices for you.

Question: Also do you cater for ZAR currency?

Answer: The WooCommerce plugin supports the South African Rand currency.

Question:I need to be able to invoice the agents every month on what they should pay me. Does your theme cater for such reports.

Answer: If you need to charge monthly subscription fees, you will need the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin.

Question: The agent should also be notified of when a listing is going to expire I guess if they do the listing, then it is obvious that they will receive the notification.

Answer: Currently if you are using the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin the plugin will send out a Renewal Invoice to remind users to renew their subscriptions. Without the Subscriptions plugin, there is no option to send our emails to let users know their listing is about to expire.

Question: Do you have a import function to import categories and custom features.

Answer:You can import items through the WordPress back-end. If you need to import listings there is a feature available. See here: How to Import Listings Using WP All Import

Answer: Unfortunately it does not when submitting a new listing.

Answer: Yes you can import a list of cities and Regions for your website. This will limit your website to be only for Listing within South Africa. See here: Manage Listing Regions

Answer: You can simply select a city or state the user works from. The Location field is not Mandatory. So if a user does not have an exact location they can leave the field blank. As long as they choose a Region it is fine. The region can be set to South Africa also.

Can we check the real time counters, like how many accounts created, how many of them are vendors/listing owners and normal users, how many business listed, products, how many of the users are online etc.? If not now, any plans for future updates? Or can you suggest any third party plugin to do the job?

Through the Admin panel, you can view and manage all your users, listings, products. The only thing that is not included is seeing who is online. There currently is no setting for that. You can see about using the following plugin to see what users are online: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-useronline/screenshots/

Answer:You can allow for listing owners to become vendors of their listing and sell products. Using the WooCommerce Product Vendors plugin and WP Job Manager – Products plugin. You can read further here: How do I allow vendors to sell products through my Listify powered website?

Answer: Our Brazilian Portuguese translation is 91% complete! :D

Answer:Unfortunately, there is no option to limit the number of images uploaded at this time.

Answer: The theme will work without the need of any premium plugins. If you wish the same features as our demo you will need additional plugins.

The current plugins our demo uses are as followes: WC Paid Listings plugin, WP Job Manager – Tags plugin and theWooCommerce Social Login plugin.

Question: 7. Is it possible to increase or decrease the number of fields from a store?

Answer: You can use the WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin to hide or add fields to the submission form.

The theme requires for a Google Maps API key to be created for your theme. This will allow you to have the map features and settings like in our demo.

Different quantities of listings in the map then the list itself?

The total results number displays on your results page, but you can adjust the number of results on the map and results page through the settings.

Something like that would require modification to be done to the WP Job Manager plugin, due to there being no settings within the theme to unlink the two.

Users will be able to submit their Location by entering their address to the Location field in the Submission form.

Hi, I would like to create two different listing packages: 1. Free and 2. Paid. is it possible to choose what info each package would display? For instance: to disable an option for Free package to display contact info, contact form and photo gallery?

To do so you will need to use the WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin. When using the WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin, you can limit what fields are displayed per the type of package selected.

For example, the free package does not display image upload, video upload, while the paid package has all the fields. See further here: Can I Hide Fields Depending on the Selected Package?

I would recommend contacting the WooCommerce team to verify if it is possible to have stats for bookings or if they have a solution for those specific needs. You can contact them here: Contact Us

I know the Product Vendors plugin allows for users to view product statistics but not 100% sure about Bookings.

Now I want to expand my business and want to extend my site for ecommerce sellings, for that I will add new appropriate plugin. Answer: You will need the WooCommerce Product Vendors plugin to allow listing owners to create products and using the WP Job Manager – Products plugin you can attach both the Bookings and products to the corresponding listing page. This will work with our theme at the same time.

Answer: Listify is compatible with WooCommerce Product Vendors plugin not the WC Vendors Pro plugin.

Answer:For the most part any official plugins provided from WooCommerce should work. Just ask us and we would be more than happy to tell you.

Answer: They are a one time purchase but to keep getting the support or updates for our Astoundify plugins, you will need to extend your subscription. This would apply in a similar way to other plugins sold by other developers.

Question: 5. Can you please provide the list of all the plugins that are bundled with this theme purchase?

Answer: At this time we do not have any plugins bundled with our theme. The theme will work out of the box with both the Free WP Job Manager plugin and WooCommerce. You can read further here.

Answer: Unfortunately, we have not tested the plugin and Listify does not have support for that plugin.

If you can, please test the theme with ultimatewoo and let me know the results.

There seems to be an issue, when opening your theme preview in IE the footer is not being aligned properly, It gets clubbed with header and overlaps it. Please check!

At this moment we do not have plans to integrate and support UltimateWoo with our theme.

This was a known issue with the previous Listify update. It has since been resolved with the release of Listify 1.7.1. You should not have issues with your install. Currently, it is not reflecting the fix due to the demo being cached. We will resolve this shortly.
