Hi, I upgraded to the latest version from 2.9 and sadly I’ve run into an issue, the top bar is massive (3 pages long) when set to the default 30px. Could you tell me if there is a fix for this?
Also, the title of column of the WPDataTables overlaps the sticky menu bar, is there a fix for that also? Thanks.

I added a product video to a product, but when I click on the play icon on the product page, it takes me directly to the video on youtube. Shouldnt it open the video in a popup window on my site? Pls instruct me on how to get this done.

Why isn’t there any ajax product pricing filter?
Also when we set 2-3 variation images, and click on 2nd or 3rd image, it doesn’t change the image in main image box, it just keep the first image only and cloud zoom also.
The inbuilt soom doesn’t seems to work, when we hover on image, it doesn’t soom the image, also the filters of product pricing or colors etc are not ajax. Please help!
Hi there, for ajax you probably need a plugin. We use default WooCommerce functionality for this.

It stalls out and breaks the page. We can manage from Customize. The problem is we’d like to use a Mega Menu and that option does not work from the Customize area. We deleted all of our customized css to test that we did not have problematic code but we still were not able to manage menus from Appearance/Menu… please advise.

We made few modifications inside /inc/functions/functions-setup.php and other files inside /inc/functions/
How to add them via child theme, we created new folder /inc/functions/function-setup.php inside our child theme but it’s not working.

Hi there, there is not possible to override the functions files in a child theme. You can only override template files. Sorry!
Then in future if we update the file, it will override our changes, then what is the use of child theme if we cannot make custom functions?
You can add custom functions to the functions.php file in the child theme.
Why not just add the stuff you added in function-setup there?
If we update theme it will be replaced, that is the issue, that is why we make child themes.
You can have a functions.php in your child theme with custom functions. This will not be replaced when you update the theme.
Hello… I’m looking to re-order how the specific product pages look. For instance, I want the Meta (SKU/Category) to be above the price as well as the product excerpt to be below the add to cart button. pages are not updating on mobile or tablet but are fine on a desktop. I’ve tried clearing the cache using different browsers but nothing seems to work. This only applies to the homepage by the way.

Hi there, variations images and drop down menus are not working on IOS, edge browser and even on Google Chrome on IOS devices. The issues is that the drop down menu for variations doesnt change the image. I have the latest updates on everything, and even emailed woocommerce, who thinks is a theme issue. I can see some similar comments from 20 days ago or so, and your reply is to wait for the update. Is this still the case or is this something you can help me with? I’m happy to pay for support but only if there is solution… thanks. Im using version 3.1.6

Hi, I’ve contacted you support team as this issue is not resolved. After your comment, I hired a third party to help me fix it but he created a fresh install and found out that the problem is indeed a theme bug. I then emailed support with all the detailed conversation, but havent heard from you since last week. Maybe because I havent renewed my support? If I do, would you guys be able to guide me on how to fix this temporarily? its really causing a lot of issues as most of our agents and customers use IOS devices… Thanks a lot!

I sent all the screenshots to support. That URL that you send me seems to be an exception, as I also looked at other flatsome website with variations and they have the same issue. Please let me know how to fix it, its been a long time now…

How is the ‘COUNTDOWN’ element configured? I don’t see how I can customize the timer.

If you run version 3, you will have to click on the countdown element in the UX Builder, and open the options. There, you will be able to change the time and also the style of the countdown element.
