Hi Themenectar! I love salient! I have run into one issues that I cannot figure out a solution to.
My URL is http://nerdrealtycma.com/sign-up/. I am trying to make the button that says “redeem your offer” go to the row below which is a sign up form using contact form 7. I have the sign up form row id as “redeem” and where it says link URL in the Button settings I put #redeem. However it does not scroll to that section when someone presses that button. I also noticed on your service demo when someone presses “show me how” it does not scroll/go anywhere. On your product demo the “discover more” button does exactly what I want which is scroll to the next section after clicking the button. What am I doing wrong?
Nevermind! I figured it out! I forgot to check add row anchors to URL in the bottom settings.

There is a bug with “Full Height Rows” feature. When adding a new row the “Full Height” dropdown appears but as soon as editing the row, it disappears. Using latest Salient 7.5 theme.
Hey, you’re correct – it shouldn’t show up at first on row creation, as it should only be available when using the full width content row type. If you change your row to that it should always remain an option

I liked this form contact style: http://themenectar.com/demo/salient-ascend/contact/, but when I open visual composer elements I just can select “Contact Form 7”, what has a different style.
How can I apply the contact form style above?

I am using “Recent Posts” element on my homepage. Style is default. How do I change the paragraph text font size on just this element and not affecting my blog post paragraph text? Because when I change it in Salient options it affects all places that the paragraph text appears.
Also how do I just change the size of the comment box and the heart icon box that appears together at the top right corner of my blog posts?

Hi, I’m working on a website(wordpress 4.6.1) which has Salient theme. Somehow theme’s visual composer is not working. Backend page editing doesn’t show layout/sections, but shows only shortcodes on Classic mode. Installed external Visual composer(4.11.2) plugin, but can’t activate it because of theme’s VC.
Wondering what could be the issue.I’m not able to find the solution. Need to resolve that. Please help me ASAP. Thanks.

Salient includes Salient VC 4.12 in current releases, make sure you’re using a current Salient (7.5+) in order to have access to update to that.

Hey, i’ve testing clicking your logo link on a few different pages and it seems to work on Chrome/Firefox. Could you let me know the browser version/OS you’re having this issue on?
Large desktop it does not work on 1920×1200, 4k , 1680×1050. Could you please try again with this? Same problem in firefox and chrome

I tried using:

This works on chrome but really breaks things on IE and Opera. Any ideas on a solution that would work there too?

If you just remove your BG color set in the page header metabox the page header will go away – no css is needed

Please need help about visual composer. I disabled all plugins and only trying to activate the VC make error to page and need go to database to deactivate all plugins for have website running again. But without VC nothing looks good in website. I just update to WP 4.6.1 and VC start to show that error…

1. You need to be using the current version of Salient VC (4.12) in order to run WP 4.6+. That version of the Salient VC is included in the current version of Salient (7.5.02)
