How do I go to new products , Next page buttons at the end of the page are not available in some of the categories when i install your new version ?

Now I would need to run my backup .

I also found that this is missing in some type of sorting and is visible in some sorting . The theme has bugs

Issue

When there are more than 12 or set value products in one page , the theme shows only one page . ( There is no option to click number 2 and 3 so as to move in other pages .

When i change sorting to “Price : Low to high ” this option is visible .

Please help out

Im just trying out v3. I dont see header builder at all. Fresh install. Check out the screenshot: http://prnt.sc/ci39gr Whats the problem?

You need to update WordPress to latest version :)

How to make the accordion mouse-over effect on woocommerce product categories to expand them? (and mouse-out to collapse them)... thanks in advanced

Hi there, that’s not possible. Sorry :) You really should let users just click them. Hover would be very confusing.

Can you use both your V3 built in page builder and visual composer at the same time or will this cause issues?

Cheers

It’s strongly recommended to only use the built in page builder, but I think it should be possible to mix them.

I updated but I don’t see many option from the changelog. Examples: Where to change sale bubble text ? where to set up google+ auth ? How to add slogan under logo ? Many more things from the changelog I do not see anywhere.

ah thanks, that did the trick. I updated it and although it said it was successful it didn’t really update. I got it working now though.

hello, if I will update the theme to version 3 with the plug in Easy Theme Upgrades, will you keep it all my site structure and customizations of the theme that I am on the 2.9.6 release?

Hi there, yes it should, but I recommend to keep a backup of your theme options.

You can always go back to V2 if things does not work as it should.

Hello, loved the 3.0 awesome! better then ever!

On thing I would like to ask, how can I Install the 3.0 demo content?!

I didn’t noticd that I was able to choose a template when edditnig a page with the new ux page slider. That is was I looking for.

Congratulations once more it is really awesome!

Yeah, you could also do that :)

And thank you!

I updated my theme all went well except the Back To Top button is huge. What do I do?

Hi there, is your site online so we could take a quick look?

I just realized that it was in my custom style sheet. I just removed all the CSS and now it works! Thanks for the quick reply!

Awesome :)

Sorry just getting a feel for this impressive theme. But how are fonts changed in a given element?

Hi there, what elements are you talking about? You can change global fonts in Theme Options > Styles > Typography :)

NM

You can use the header builder in v3 to change and remove that :)

Hopefully this is the last question. I’m seeing this message in my Top Bar http://i.imgur.com/RkfqPI4.png yet when I go to my menus to turn it off I see this http://i.imgur.com/jsETHLt.png .. I guess I don’t understand why this is there as it wasn’t there before I upgraded but I’d really just like to turn it off. It’s on my live site now so anxious to fix :)

Try remove the “Top Bar Menu” in the Header Designer :) Go the Theme Options > Header.

IMPORTANT URGENT

Just noticed that in last version download its

Flatsome Version: 2.9.6

and all files download is only 18 mb!

now i see what the error is. im back on older version ARGH

FYI:

VC latest and Flat latest 3 works fine got my grid working again :-)

when time ill switch 100% to new flat composer

thx for ultra fast support

Awesome :) I think you will like the new page builder a lot better than VC

Hi.. Just upgraded to latest version. Unfortunately VC media grids do not work correctly anymore. Links to post , mouse overs and so on. None works anymore.

Thanks for support

Do you have a page online where this is happening? We have never recommended to use Visual Composer. We have our own page builder that is optimized for Flatsome.

Yes i know, but when i bought it…some time ago you said its compatible with it. Had to use it because client wanted simple… has no clue about shortcodes etc. I know you have the new builder. I hope i find time to switch soon. Yes page is online

Which email can i use to give you the url?

wow and thanks for the extrem fast support… !!!

Ah, ok. I recommend to continue to use 2.9.6 on your client site. V2 will continue to be supported so it should work on all future WooCommerce versions.

You can use FL3 on new projects instead :)

i have a problem with the template. The Mobile page is empty. I can see only the header but not the rest. On Desktop and tablet it is working fine. Is this maybe a problem of the newest version of flatsome? thanks and best regards, martin

Do you have a page online where this is happening?

I just upgraded to 3.x and it looks great. I do have one thing that I can’t resolve. If you take a look at http://i.imgur.com/mhrfQTa.png?1 you’ll see that my payment icon image on the left is there as expected, but I also have something called ‘Payment Icons’ to the right that I would like to turn off. I’ll admit that I did a lot of upgrading today so perhaps it’s coming from another plugin, but I can’t figure out how to get rid of it. Many thanks!

You can disable that in Theme Options > Shop > Payment Icons :)

Thanks for the speedy reply. Again, I apologize, but I am not seeing Theme Options anywhere. I know that it was there before I updated because I used it to back up my settings, but now I can’t find it.

Look for Flatsome > Theme Options in the admin bar :)

Hello :) Thank you for creating the best theme ever! I really love it! I’ve got one question: Is it possible to show the “Scroll back to top” button on mobile devices? I can’t find this anywhere. Again thank you!

Hi there, thank you so much! The “Scroll back to top” button is only visible for desktops. It’s easy to scroll back to top by just clicking top bar on mobile devices. That’s why it’s disabled for mobiles.

Hope you understand :)

You could of course “force” it to be visible by adding this to custom mobile CSS: .back-to-top{display:block!important}

Greeting, When enter an incorrect coupon code to coupon section on the checkout page, “Returning customer” and “Have a coupon” section are disappeared. Please check. Tested with 3.0.29 Thanks.

Do you have 3.2 release date?

Early november :)

It’s already passed a month. Any update on the 3.2?

Hey guys, wonderful theme.

2 questions:

Product Category Pages: When displaying products horizontally, the thumbnails are humongous. Anything I can do from the control panel to size them down?

Homepage widgets: when displaying woocommerce widgets on the frontpage (say, show recent products) I would like to remove product descriptions – is that possible without altering the settings site-wide?

Thanks heaps!

Hey, is there a way I can deactivate all the hover-over effects for the theme to make it more “flat”?

What hover effects are you talking about?

Ah, in your featured product sliders, the left and right icons show up with a transparency, and then upon hover-over it becomes solid. There are also effects for the buttons on the sliders for the homepages. Sorry, I should have been more specific.

Ah, that would require a bit custom CSS. I’m sorry but there is no quick fix for that.

Hi! First of all congratulate you for this theme.

My question is if you have removed the jqZoom option (hover zoom) in the product section in the last versions.

Thanks in advance!

and how can we activate it?
