Pre Purchase Question: Is it compatible with Thrive Leads? My actual theme has problems showing for example the “welcome Mat” from Thrive Leads. The problem was the redux framework. Do you know any cases from your customers who had problems with the integration with Thrive Leads? Thank you!

This is not possible out of the box, it will take you to use custom CSS and assign a fontawesome icon to it using psuedo elements, for more info on how to make custom CSS changes with our theme you can read this article here : https://theme-fusion.com/knowledgebase/how-to-make-custom-css-changes/

Please help me

I upgraded from 4.03 to 5.02 but will not let me update the fusion core and not charge me the Envato code i have generate

Please make sure that your system status is all good, also make sure that your PHP version is 5.6+ as per our theme requirement doc post here : https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/getting-started/requirements-for-avada/

Hi! I just installed yesterday the Avada theme, everything works well except the Fusion Builder. If I activate the plugin the page loading is veryslow like freezing. I can’t built a website when I need to wait 5 minutes for page loading. How is this possible?

This should never be the case and Fusion Builder should actually be really smooth and quick to load. I want you to please make sure that your system status is all green as per this doc post here : https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/special-features/system-status/

Also, make sure none of your 3rd party plugin is causing this issue and you are on latest version of theme 5.0.2 with the latest version of FC and FB that are 3.0.2 and 1.0.2 respectively.

Hello, Recent Work Builder Elements filter category is showing only in ascending order. I want random order .No need of sorting the category items.

Hello, Great theme; really love it so far. I have the latest version and plugins installed, but suddenly the fusion slider and avada tabs widget (footer widget 1 position) stopped working. It looks like there is an issue with the URL you have inserted for the ‘What I Treat’ -> ‘Divorce’ menu item. Can you please remove the trailing slash from the URL field for that menu item and see if the issue persists?

Hi

I wanted to check out the new avada 5 features. But when copying the 5.2 avada theme to my wp-content/themes folder some of the files failed to copy (e.g “can’t open file AvadaReduxCore/inc/fields/slider/vendor/nouislider/avadaredux.jquery.nouislider.js”) and a bunch of other files. I retried this many times, also changed my chmod to 777 of the Avada folder. Didn’t work. Individual copying of 1 failed transfer file works.. but there are 35 files issued (in different folders). Do you maybe have an idea how I can resolve this? Thank you for your time

Hmm, that’s very strange. There’s nothing in Avada itself that would prevent the files from being uploaded, this really sounds like a server-side restriction. Perhaps you are reaching the diskspace limit on your account? I would recommend getting in touch with your web host and see if they are able to shed some light on this issue. If they require any assistance from us, please do let us know by submitting a ticket and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

I updated Avada from 3.8 to 5.0, and the portfolio is now messed up. The grid displays correctly, but there is just a color overlay without a link or title displayed on a hover now.

Hmm, is it just the portfolio page that is having issues? Can you please try creating a new page and inserting a ‘Portfolio’ element to see if the items display correctly for me?

Hi. It seems that my pictures from sliders with revolution slider don’t work on other devices than computers. Do you know why that might be?

Is it all sliders or just one? Check the page of the slider in question and in the Fusion Options Box make sure there is not a fallback image set, for example here: http://d.pr/i/17oY3

If that is not it, then it could be your revolution slider settings, check the settings of the slider to see if it’s responsive or not, or if a fallback image is set there.

Good Day, I currently use a woothemes theme running woocommerce, I am wanting too buy the Avada theme and I want to move all my products to the Avada I theme that i plan to purchase, what is the best way and is it possible to move all products accross on Avada Theme ? What is the best way ?

As long as all your products are in the WooCommerce plugin, it will be an easy move, because we fully support and have design integration for WooCommerce, so it’s simply a matter of changing themes and making sure WooCommerce is still active. now you’ll need to adjust some theme options to get it how you want it to look, etc, but your data from WooCommerce will not be removed or have to be manually transported :)

Hi, I bought a second Avada licence and create a second API Key but registration fails. Your registration system is a big cheet. Please resolve it. Kind regards, Alex

I’m not sure what you mean by “a big cheet”? The registration system simply takes the API key that you generated from your ThemeForest account and sends a request to Envato’s API to verify that your account purchased the Avada theme.

Are you attempting to register Avada 4.0.3 or Avada 5.0.2? These two versions have different API requirements due to the changes Envato made to their API. You can find the steps for the old API, used for Avada 4.0.3 and below here:

I just updated to Avada 5.0. I am noticing on my pages that I can no longer edit things in the “fusion editor” I see that it has been relocated into the tool bar however in the edit window, I see a bunch of code, almost like it is only in the default editor view. Did something happen on the upgrade?

It appears you did not undergo conversion, or Fusion Builder plugin is not installed/activated.

1. Go to AVada > System Status and click this link to rerun conversion, see it here: http://d.pr/i/vz0s

2. Go to Avada > Plugins and make sure fusion core and fusion builder are both active.

The current live versions are … Avada v5.0.2 Fusion-Core 3.0.2 Fusion Builder 1.02
