Hello,
I purchased this theme and there is just one thing that I cannot seem to stop. I have a link with a # in my main menu because the # gets the correct tab to load on the page it goes to. The issue is that it is also scrolling down the page and acting like an anchor but I need it to just load the page normally without scrolling. I contacted Visual Composer and they removed the scroll a long time ago and said the theme is making the page scroll. How would I go about stopping the page from scrolling? I need to be able to see the header when the page loads but need the # in the URL so the correct tab content loads. Please help!

Hi, I bought your template. This time I customize for my company. I’m from Czech Republic and I need change one item in breadcrumb. Is it possible change first order of breadcrumbs? I mean change item “Home” to other item name. E.g. change “Home” to “Úvod” (that’s Home in Czech). If is possible where I can change?

Yes, you have to translate the theme using poedit (other similar software). It’s available for free on poedit.net. (im assumed you already choosen you language from WordPress Dashboard > Settings > General > Site Language For more info check this https://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress_in_Your_Language#Setting_the_language_for_your_site).
Here are the steps:
1. Open Poedit and select File > New Catalog from POT / PO file
2. Select the .POT file from the theme (you can find the files in the wp-content/themes/composer/language/ folder).
3. Click create translation button. A box will pop up asking for language of the translation. Select your language.
4. Hit OK and Poedit will name automatically your file. If you select Czech: cs_CZ.po
5. Save your file in your computer
6. Now you can start translating your theme or your plugin. The space at the top will display all the text ready to translate, and any completed translations will display to the right. The boxes underneath show the source text, your translation and any notes for translators. Translating is really easy – just select a word or phrase, enter your translation and click “Validate”.

How can I control the shop sidebar on product sku pages? I set up widgets on the shop sidebar but they only show on the shop page. What about the product pages? Where are the options for having sidebar on those? Please advise thanks

Does mega menu not work with the centrered logo version of the header? The drop downs are all messed up when I try that format.
It was bug in old version we fix it. Please update your theme to latest version. BTW a lots of new useful features added latest version.
Cannot find demo.xml file in the download to import demo content in wordpress importer. All demo content is seperate files in folders. Please help.

Hello, i really love this template, easy, fast. But in new version i cant find anymore sideways settings. And mobile version need more work. Need settings to disable animations or entire raw on mobile devices. Slider module elements shows in mobile not correctly (words outside screen). Some script error issues when I try to load visual composer block templates.

Hi guys, thanks for updating the theme. It definitely works better and we have fixed our previous bugs. Now, how can I disable the hamburger menu icon on mobile nav? I have tried some custom CSS (Theme Options>General) but it doesn’t work.

No worries, fixed. However we noticed that the header logo sometime it shows on mobile nav and sometime does not, this was happening also before we added the custom CSS line about the pix-menu-trigger. Our logo dimensions are 203 × 49.

Hi there! We were very impressed at the time we picked your theme but sadly we got quite a few issues so far.
1. Although I enabled the Transparent Header option, the top nav menu (or the main menu) still has a white background over the next slider.
2. Other than that, I gave a custom setting to the Menu Link Hover Color, but it doesn’t work. The header link color remains blue as default. P.S.: I have previously enabled the Custom Header Styles option.
3. I can not find the Libre Franklin fonts within the default list (Appearance>Theme Options>Typography). I tried to upload the font using either “Ultimate>Google Fonts” and an extra google fonts plugin, but it works only within Visual Composer elements. Unfortunately, we need the font to work as Primary and Body font for the whole theme.
4. The Demo Importer doesn’t function correctly, indeed after trying to import the main demo, we have seen many failing messages (for e.g.: Failed to import product_tag brown, Failed to import product_tag casual, etc.) and we still missing many demo pages. Moreover, while I try to check one of the few that we have imported, I get a 404 page.

Space between Visual Composer blocks – There is alot of space between my content blocks (top and bottom) even when I set for no padding. Wondering how I can control them. http://a1.idigdev.net/ See below the slider. How would I remove all the padding?

I tried that & heard back but nothing I can reply to making it pretty useless. I would prefer if the theme developer was accessible via email. It makes the whole back and forth much much easier. I will again go through that form but I’m guessing the result will be the same. I’ll get a canned response which may or may not suit the situation but no ability to respond. Email would be much less friction for your users.

I’ve created a topic twice over the past 3 days on your support site and it’s deleted itself both times so I’m contacting you through here. There is something wrong with your support site.
I’ve added the option to add a menu to the right side of the topbar and I’ve created a new menu but I can’t get it to show up on the front end of the site. I’ve tried selected each of the menu location options and cannot get the menu to show in the top bar. How do I get it to show?

You can add css in theme option. Login to WordPress dashboard and go to Appearance -> theme options -> general settings -> Custom css. And you can find css in wp-content/themes/composer/_css/main.css
