The second thing is that this is not the theme bug, it’s VC element’s bug. This is the common issue you can see here:

Sorry to say that you can not show the multiple locations on the single map. However, you can use more than one map VC element on the page to show the multiple locations on multiple maps.

Hi there I purchased this theme a few years back when Spyrothemes was the author. I can’t download the latest update as the theme is now unsupported and clearly SWthemes are managing this theme now. I don’t want to have to pay a 2nd licence fee to continue using the theme… Can you help?
Hi. Unfortunately, there’s no option to help you on this matter. This is a completely new theme compared to original Spyropress’s theme, there are only 20~30% similar content with old one.

1) I want to edit the order page to place some text above it. Also I would like to make the font larger on the “thank you” page.
2) I want to change the woo commerce site wide font(size & color). I changed the font in porto themem options but its not changing on products. Like description and title.

1. You can edit the order.php file inside the wp-content/themes/porto/woocommerce/orders folder. For the font size of the Thank you font please use the below-given custom CSS code:

Sorry to say that you can not use the demo images, these images are just for preview placeholder images and not useable. I think it’s also against the Envato policy, but you can confirm from Envato support about this.

The image you are talking about is from the category of NonProfit Organization images. You can search on google for purchase these types of images available on the so many websites. I can not tell you the specific website to buy these type of images. I hope you will understand my limitations.

Hi, I’m a user of the old version of the Porto theme as published by Spyropress. Can you tell me if this new theme is backward compatible with the old version? I would I need to rebuild all the pages in visual composer or will the existing pages work as they have been and then new pages are built with the VC plugin?

Yes, you have to rebuild your all pages by using the VC elements in our theme. Your old existing pages will not work with the latest Porto theme.

Hi, there is NO slider visible with new update of porto + slider revolution!! I have udated both today, I can see the loading image, but the slider doesn’t load. Check: quattromori.shop how come it doesn’t work after the update??

When we loginto the support page of your helpdesk, to place a ticket the website gives an empty / blank page. The issue is that when WPML is activated the pages we have are not assiged to any language, neither can we assign them to a language.

After updating Port 3.3 plugin Slider Revolution no longer appears in the images.

Please make sure the Slider Revolution is Updated. You can update it from Porto >> Plugins. You will see Thumbnail of Slider revolution and update button to updated it if your site have the old one. If still you face issue please provide url of your site so we can check. Thanks

Hi, I have just updated to v. 3.3. In your changelog it says that Revolution slider is updated, but for me it still says “there is a new update” and I have Revolution slider v. 5.2.6

I think it’s your server issue which responded to your changes after some time. Please contact the hosting provider to solve this issue for you.
OR
Maybe it’s the permission issue. Your server did not give permission to add / save the settings of the Theme Options. Basically, when you saved the theme options then it’s created the skin_1.css file inside the CSS folder, because of permission the theme is not able to create this file into your site. Please contact your hosting provider to change the permission to 777 or 755 of the CSS folder and all files.

2. Yes, you can customize almost everything in the theme Header, footer and layout very easily.
3. Yes, our theme is fully compatible with Yoast plugin and you can use Yoast on every page.
4. Yes, we have added the copyright text in the footer and can easily change/remove from the theme options, no worry.
