Would there be any chance where we can link a particular word to a page of the site?
Example, from this screenshot http://prntscr.com/cygtv3 you will notice the highlighted “Strict” word, what we wanna do is to make it clickable directly to Cancellation Policies page.
Airbnb has this feature that when you hover and click the word “Strict” in the property, it will be redirected to a page where guests can read full details of that particular policy.
I had searched and tried to install some plugins available but it doesnt seem to work well on the Site.
Please let me know your thoughts on this.

The custom fields we have do not support href (links) or html. They are just simple text fields.
Plugins cannot work. This could be done with custom development, by creating a custom field and allowing html in that field. But that can open possibilities for users to add other links or code that may harm. I don’t know if there is a different way to make this happen – and if it could be something to add in core. I must check with my colleagues for this answer. Please open a ticket and give me the id to follow up on this.

Hello Anna, I’m almost ready to purchase. I’m new to wordpress and it seems like every template for a listing service comes with a bunch of extra plugins that I have to install and pay for monthly. Is this theme ready to go as is. I know that I’ll have to get a stripe account to take credit cards, which is fine. I just don’t want to purchase this template if I have to add on a bunch of other things to make it work and increase my cost. Thank you

I just want to make sure that I don’t need a plugin like woo commerce that adds hundreds to the monthly fee of running this site. The theme doesn’t need any extra plugin. What you see in demos is created with theme options + the included plugins: rev slider, ultimate addons, visual composer.
We do not work with woo commerce.

In one server install and using WordPress and WP Rentals web server, in another server used as mail server set same domain as WP’s server’s domain.

As far as I know, there are plugins that can override the server email function. I don’t know if that will allow to override with another server. I know it works if you wish to override with a third party (like google api), but it may be possible with another server as well. I never tested to be 100%.
The plugin I know can do this override is Postman SMTP https://wordpress.org/plugins/postman-smtp/ Perhaps you can confirm with the developer if what you wish is possible.

Regarding your request, I am afraid I cannot assist much. We never worked with Yandex, so we don’t know if they can replace google maps completely. And if they can, I am not able to advise on a quote since we would need to do proper research for such an estimation.
Unfortunately we’re not available for custom development. We’re fully booked expanding our theme core features.
If you cannot find someone on Envato Studio with experience in Yandex to offer a quote, perhaps you can look into other platforms where developer are available for hire. I only know Envato Studio, but I am sure there are other sites as well.

finally I see a full theme suitable for property managers.
I have just bought it, but I have to ask you a few things:
1. Base price + people extra cost: As you see on Airbnb, Housetrip or Booking.com, I saw that it’s not possible to formulate the base price for until two/three/four persons (even if apartment is for many more persons) and set up an extra cost for every additional person until the max persons capacity of the apartment.
2. City tax : it’s not possible to be able to set the city tax cost per night per person.
I saw that other people have asked the same things.
I wonder if some of these features have been taken into consideration for the next update and if in any case, for the immediate, if I can ask a developer to work on finding a solution to these questions.

Regarding 1 – We do have this option: put a price per night and allow extra guests – http://prntscr.com/cybdn6 but we don’t limit the max number of extra guests. Is this what you needed?
Regarding 2 – That is on the wishlist, but I cannot advise more on this point as we haven’t reached this item on the list to be able to tell more. I did write down your comment – as we also count how many times a feature is requested in our decision for adding new features.
About custom work, I am afraid we’re not available for that as we’re fully booked. If you need modifications done urgently, perhaps you can find a developer on Envato Studio.

Would you know how to use the Property Status?
Is there a way where we can show if a property is rented or vacant?
We noticed there is an option in the admin where we can check the property submitted and admin will get a chance to choose wether a property is vacant or available. I am aware that if the property is not available on particular date, it wont show in the searched date, but why there is an option where it shows “Normal” in the Property Status selection? see this screenshot please: http://prntscr.com/cxg7lj
We are actually planning to offer long term properties too on the site and so it will be an advantage to show wether a property is rented or not yet occupied.

We don’t have option 1. Our theme supports for submission membership (if enabled). That’s only for submitting properties. And the theme support % admin fee for each confirmed booking (if admin sets that) which is only for bookings. There is no membership for booking fee.

Like Airbnb, they directly collect this particular tax and pay to local taxing authority so owners wont need to pay by themselves, this will give additional convenience to each owners.

—> The css is 100% width for the calendar month. If you need something different – the responsive css could be overwritten, but even if on ipad you may be able to add 2 months in row, on smaller screens it will not look good.

-> For us it has always worked very fast. It’s not the internet connection, but the host. But I cannot tell what hosting setting influences this response time. I know the delay is caused by server time which takes extra seconds to load a file in wordpress (admin-ajax) and the modals have to load via ajax because we check info before showing the modal.

2.2 regarding the side bar, i intentionally removed it, because it was taking so much space if you are browsing it on mobile or ipad mode (since most users nowadays are using their mobile phone when brownsing internet). I am still thinking if I’ll return the advanced search option or the login form

About 3 – On server side I am not the expert to know what questions to ask your hosting and be specific. We pay for server management and we have a dedicated server. This is just an idea you can test to see if it gives better results. It may be possible that by enabling cloudflare (cdn) to have a better result. I think Cloudflare has a free version you could test https://www.cloudflare.com/cdn/ Again, I am not the expert. But this test shouldn’t cost you anything.

In the screenshot http://prnt.sc/cz45ix you see the source of a css class – and it is grid-framework.less – that’s bootstrap default grid css.
I recommend to add the overwrite in child theme / style.css and then test to make sure it’s not breaking something else. From there you can remove easier.

Hi , your theme is great you have really done a great job . I want though 3 clarifications before I buy it:
- I want to use wp rentals for boat booking. I am a member of a company which rents boats, yachts and charters and we would like to build an online booking platform where our customers will book their boat online. That’s means that we want to have max 3 users who will upload properties and also we don’t need the maps because all the properties we have are based on a certain port. Is that feasible to be done with your theme?
- We want to have 3 languages. Is it doable and if yes is there any guide of how we can do it?
- Lastly we want to get our payments to our paypal or to a bank account is that feasible?

Thank you very much for the interest in our theme.
You can limit submission to 3 users only – you just type the names of the subscribers you allow to submit in admin – theme options and then only those 3 subscribers can submit.
The map in header can be replaced globally with theme property slider, rev slider or image globally (so you don’t use the map). The map will show in property page (but I assume that is ok) and you will have to select map for half map page style.
For 3 languages – you will need separately a multilanguage plugin The theme is WPML compatible. WPML is a multilanguage plugin which is paid. Must be installed and used separately from the theme. It requires admin translates everything manually from wp-admin. If you wish to look over this plugin before you make a decision please email me at annapx0909@gmail.com and I can give access to the test area where we have this plugin for test.
The theme supports admin fee payment for a booking to be confirmed. That fee can be 100% (excluding city or cleaning fee). If you will be the only one submitting and you don’t need these 2 fees to be paid in full in advance, it can work. The theme has paypal or wire transfer (offline payment – which means you activate an invoice as paid only after you get the payment in bank).

Thank you for the comment. We don’t have profile info in register form. But what you would have to do is basically change the register form to force him to include certain info before the account is created. The user cannot be forced to fill in My Profile in order to send a booking request.
This change is not something we can guide you to do (exactly the steps). It requires technical knowledge to implement. What we can do is guide you to existing code logic for register http://help.wprentals.org/2016/03/07/register-and-login/ and from here the logic can be expanding by adding new fields, make them mandatory, sync my profile – owner profile with info added.

We have recently purchased your theme and it works great for our project. Unfortunately, we have some minor requests that highly affect our conversion rate on bookings and account creation.
1) When an un-logged person tries to book a room, he gets a red notification asking him to log in. We would like to have this automatically open the login/registration module.
2) Also when a user registers it only tells them the account is created. Can this automatically redirect to the login module.

Regarding 1: Technically having 2 different actions for one button created issues, but we will try again for next version to see if we can implement this suggestion.
Regarding 2: I checked with my colleagues and will add for next version for review. They said it would be possible, but to be sure we have to see if the idea we have works. So will add for next version to be reviewed.

1. I would like to ask, if it is possible to show the login option once the account was created?
To understand how this one is currently works, if someone has created an account by creating a username, email plus their passwords, once the “Create an account” button was clicked, there will be a note on top of the “Register” section that says “The account was created. You can log in now”
Is there any chance that this “Register” form would change to “Login” form automatically once the account has been created? So the user wont need to look for the login button once they had created an account?
Please let me know your thoughts on this.
2. Also would you know where I can edit the text “The account was created.You can log in now”? I’ll just add a space between the “created.You”

About item 2 – please see this help http://help.wprentals.org/2015/12/21/how-to-modify-theme-text-in-english-with-poedit/ Basically by creating an en_US.po you can overwrite any default text. This language .po can be added in child theme as well – http://help.wprentals.org/2015/12/21/how-to-add-translated-po-files-in-child-theme/
