Yes it’s 100% compatible with WPML. We recommend to use Polylang tho. I personally think it’s faster and better coded.

I’m having a weird issue on my mobile menu, it has almost like an intermittent load. The first time you load the website you cannot click on the mobile menu on the homepage at all, go to any other page then go back to home it works again.
What can I check that it will be causing this intermittent working/not working? Have you seen this before?

Whilst I respect your need to get paid for support, Ive literally just upgraded to the new theme due to the recent WP update and it’s entirely different to what i originally purchased. Now, we basically have to rebuild the entire home page, header and footer of the site to suit the new theme format. We are unable to find how to edit button colors or anything. Now you want us to pay for support just to ask a simple question?
Your update is not small surely you can support people who have previously purchased in a more amicable manner?

I just purchased your theme and I must say it’s the best I’ve used so far. I am new to your site builder and I would like to display some featured products in one row (for example 12 featured products in one single row of 4 columns). That means I will need to display an arrow to the right to show the next coming 4 products. Can you please guide me as to the settings to enable the arrow?
Also, I have product Categories in a widget which I added as an element in my homepage. However, I can only see the heading but not the product categories. Please kindly assist.

How long does it usually take to get a feedback from email support?
Hi there, usually 5-24 hours. Did you get a reply or a ticket ID?
Besides email support, do you have a support ticketing system or may be live support? Because I see it can take quite some time before they actually reply emails and in the meantime we have no clue whether the issues are being investigated or not nor do we know their status!
Also there is no ticket ID when sending emails to support…
its been three hours since I provided more info on the issues including admin access details, but I didnt get any kind of response to say that the issues are being looked into….So we don’t know if anybody has even been looking at the email

That is not correct…emails were sent onto the following addresses: flatsome@uxthemes.com at 11.43am (addressed to A. Ehsaan) and support@uxthemes.com at 11.18am (addressed to Michael), local time zone: GMT+4
And snapshots were sent to both emails as well….. Please let me know if they were able to find those email.

As i said, I am not creating any shortcode here, it is all coming from UX Builder, so if something is wrong with the shortcode, I would suppose your developers should be able to resolve it! ....

You still get the weird blue mobile version?
No the issue with the mobile version was resolved a couple of hours after i disabled the Jetpack mobile optimization. Now it is just the product categories that is not displaying
I am totally amazed and very disappointed that the main demo is not included with the demos during setup. Don’t you think that its misleading to show a great demo then not include it as part of the purchase ?

I have a load problem and so I did not know the class localized correctly.
I found the file to edit
-> Inc / WooCommerce / structure-wc-product-box.php
I added the icon in the class -> add-to-cart-button
and it’s good
is what the “theme child” also take considered the folder
inc / WooCommerce?
because I would like the added structure-wc-product-box.php in the “child theme”
but they say there is no reaction

Hi again, it’s not possible to override that file in a child theme. That’s a function file and not template file. If that makes sense We’re going to have more options for the add to cart button in grid in one of the next versions.

It will be possible to have it almost like that in next version, but not with the icon. You need to add that with custom CSS for now.
