I bought Avada 4.0.3., but on my new website, I want to install Avada 5 directly, I can´t find the link to do that. :(

No matter which version did you buy, Updates are always FREE for all our customers and your file inside the themeforest account will already be updated to 5.0.2.

Just go to your account and download the Installable WordPress files again, that should give you the latest available version always as right now its 5.0.2

Hello Avada Team, I need the option for main menu navigation to hide (integrated), but when opening up, not only in fullscreen mode. is this possible to change into a regular menu integrated in header or is fullscreen menu the only option for this? Also: how much text can fit into the google map message box layer for infomation, f.ex. address, name, ... ? Is the size customizable?

You will have to use media queries with custom CSS for that if you are looking to hide the main navigation only on a certain width, regarding the text size inside the google map area you can put as much as you want to and also use HTML inside the infobox area.

Hello,

I would like the PSD of Cafe and Architecture theme.

I think that the PSD folder that includes the theme aren’t updated. I think the PSDs are for old Adava versions.

Where can I download the updated PSD?

PSDs are only available for our Classic demo of theme, all the other demos you see are created directly from our theme builder elements and features actually and no photoshop design was created for them in advance so there are no files for them.

I have updated theme with envato toolkit and have a child theme running. After the update, my entire site is broken!!!!

You will have to make the changes inside the new child theme files in this case, if you are using header.php files please enable the wp-debug and check on the errors to alter the child theme files, Avada 5.0 was a major update and a lot of classes were refactored in this case.

I dont know what you are talking about – “make changes inside the child-theme” – my support license has expired, and this is not a support question as such, this is about updating the theme that you have updated, so every year I will need to buy the theme again just to update it, this is ridiculous!

Your documentation stated when I bought the theme that I will have life-time updates to the theme, yet when I update it, it breaks. What is the simple solution here!!

With each update of Avada we provide very detailed information that covers whats changed, what to expect all pertaining to important update information, along with detailed update instructions that must be followed carefully to ensure that the update process runs smoothly. Make sure that you have updated to Avada 5.0.2 and have applied all available patches

With regard to child themes, always make sure that your child theme additions are compliant, particularly for custom functionality; Always use the available Hooks over making changes to template files within the child theme. It will ensure that any updates to Avada does not affect your child theme

my corporate has some websites with different domains/Wordpress. could I use your theme for all the websites ? or I have to buy different license for each of them. I need your ans because I have to activate the license in order to use your theme.

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.

If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

Good morning, last week I updated the WP version, and now in the home, the posts doesn´t appear. This is the site: http://www.conrad.com.uy/. You can see a title called NOTICIAS and then nothing. There it must to appear the news.

I just verify and all the news are online, because we have this other section: http://www.conrad.com.uy/prensa/ and there you can see all the news.

That simply means you are actually on an older version of theme itself, you need to be on latest version of theme that is 5.0.2 with the Fusion Core version 3.0.2 and our latest builder version 1.0.2

Yes correct, theme options will not change as they are stored in your database :) Just be sure to not rename your theme folder, it needs to be the same name as it was before which should just be “Avada” ... unless you renamed it to something else,

Is it correct that your official policy is that you will not provide support to websites that are not publicly accessible (like dev sites on local host)? Can you post a link to where that full policy is posted? Thanks!

That certainly has never been the case, or for that matter part of our policy, we can assure you of that. Providing your Envato item support is valid, we support Avada regardless of how and where it is installed.

I have just checked your ticket and our support did not say that we don’t support sites that are not publicly accessible, please read the support reply again as it is clear that you have misunderstood the context of the reply.

You made it clear that your site is installed on your local host, and that is perfectly fine, but on occasion and due to the nature of the request it can only be helpful if the site is accessible so that our team can actually view the issue in situ and therefore provide an accurate reply.

Thanks for the clarification! Can you still direct me to where your support policy is? It’s taken me a few days to get to the point where it sounds like you will not be able to resolve my issue based on screen shots and text explanation. That’s of course perfectly fine and understandable, but the support person quoted a policy that states this so I’d like to read it. There are probably other useful tips in there that in the future will prevent me from spending 6 days to understand you won’t be able to help, and it will also help me not waste your time!

It does not show or stipulate restricted support for inaccessible websites running Avada/websites running on a localhost. Anything stated to the contrary is incorrect.

With your site, particularly if the query/issue relates to design or CSS, being able to inspect the site first hand makes easier to for our support to provide accurate assistance and not have to guess as to what the issue is or might be

i have the same problem as valkano, fusion fuilder dont load any options after saving it.

This should never happen, make sure that none of your 3rd party plugin is causing this issue for you, try to disable them one by one and see if that helps also make sure your system status is all good as per this doc post : https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/special-features/system-status/

Hi, we are trying to update Fusion Core to 3.0.2 and always same problem… Chrome says too many redirections and impossible udpate the FC. We updated correctly to Avada 5.0.2 but seems impossible update the FC plugin.

Solved. We renamed old Fusion Core folder and installed again and solved the problem.

I created a Library Element consisting of a Gallery that I want to control globally. In other words, I want the Gallery on multiple pages, but I want to change only the main instance and that would control all others.

Currently saved elements are not “master items”, meaning if you update a saved element, it won’t update across all the areas you used it. The resources need to do that were to high unfortunately.
