Hey. I have updated to 5.0.3 on one of my pages, and i have trouble with my sliders now. They work fine on PC, but they do not show up on pad or phone. I have cleared my cache, still no change. Any idea?

Please make sure that you are also updating your slider plugins to their latest version as well, we have shipped both rev. slider as well as layer slider’s latest version with the new update.
Also make sure none of your 3rd party plugin is causing this issue by disabling them 1 by 1, however if anything comes up please do open a ticket and our support reps. will gladly look into this issue for you.

Hi, first of all thanks for the Theme, its great. I have valid Support but can´t login in the support section. And I don´t know to which e-mail they send the password reset-link. So I can´t ask there.
After Updating to 5.0 there are some problems in displaying the styles from the child-theme-stylesheet. Some work, and some don´t. And the main style.css is totally empty. I have no clue why so. Its all a little bit buggy and I can´t solve the problems. Why could the style.css file be empty? Its the one in the main Avada folder.

Can you please send us your purchase code as well as themeforest username to support@theme-fusion.com so we can figure out the support logging issue for you, please write your issue in detail there.
Regarding the child theme CSS file, we do not use it anymore but instead use a minified version that you can find inside Avada / assets / CSS folder, however any style that you put inside your child them style.css files should load and work just fine. Please double check the CSS classes once again for any custom CSS style that is not working for you in this case.
it will be better if you can open a ticket for your issues so we can assist you precisely once the issue is resolved regarding the support account.

Hi,
I just installed the theme with Health Demo on my server, but it doesnt show the background images on the about page -> http://yourtestwebsite.nl/ppp/about/
Any ideas? I only imported the Health demo with the build in function of Avada theme. And I just updated the theme via the build in updater.
Just found out it doesnt show in IE and Edge 
. In FF and Chrome it works fine.
Any suggestions to make it show in all browsers?

It should appear on all browsers by default, there is no additional setting required to show background image through out all the browsers. Please fill in a ticket with us regarding this issue and we will love to assist you with it.

I can’t find the place to download the Fusion Core & Builder plugins.
“Navigate to the Avada > Plugins tab. Here you’ll find Avada’s required, included and recommended plugins.”
...Where exactly is this?

There should be no need for you to download those plugins manually and then install them, you should be able to install both of our recommended plugins straight after installing the theme.

However if you are looking for the plugin’s zip file you can find them inside your Avada / includes / plugins folder please.

Just updated to 5.0.3 including all plugin updates and Slider Revolution 5.3.0.2. However, our home page Slider Revolution suddenly stopped loading anything! It’s just blank white. Please help!!
We have not changed ANYTHING aside from doing the update. This is why I usually wait to update for all the bugfixes to come out…don’t know why I jumped on this one haha.

I can assure you there is nothing wrong with revolution slider running with our latest version 5.0.3 and it either must be a cache related or any other 3rd party related conflict. Please try to clear your browser and website (if any) cache and check again by disabling 3rd party plugins 1 by 1.

Hello, Great theme! Question, how can I make my slider text responsive. When I check your demos the text on sliders become bigger in my case they stay withing the borders but too small to read. Am I doing something wrong

I have installed the new Avada update via FTP. When I install and activate the Fusion Core and Fusion Builder plugins, I get a 500 Error message. If I change the folder in plugins via FTP (fusion-builder) to something else, the site works again, but Fusion Builder is still not activated.

Also, please make sure you are on PHP version 5.6+ as per our requirement doc stats here : https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/getting-started/requirements-for-avada/
Try disabling all your 3rd party plugins and only enable FC and FB and see if that works, however if the issue persist we suggest you to open a support ticket with our customer support centre and one of our support rep will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hi, I just updated to Avada 5.0.3. I now cannot edit my pages, I go to click on ‘edit page’ it takes my to the view to do so. However there is nothing there except prompts for other plugins that I have and nothing is shown for fusion builder. I am using chrome.

When you updated to 503, did you also update Fusion Core and Fusion Builder?
We are not able to replicate this so it must be that, or maybe missing files when you did update.
Go to Avada > Plugins and make sure Fusion Core is install and active and is v3.0.3
Then make sure Fusion Builder is install and active and is v1.0.3.
If they are, please remove the theme folder and upload again as something may not of uploaded, which happens often through WP or FTP.

That is on the “secondary top menu” tab in theme options under parent level “Menu”, here is a shot: http://d.pr/i/hLa4
Please note, you have to have header 2-5 selected though for that to show because those are the only designs that it works with. So that might be what you see.

Hello there.
It is actually controlled by the body typography option inside Theme Options > Typography > Body Typography. However you can also use custom CSS to target the secondary menu only and assigning a custom font to it specifically.

First off, are you sure your support expired? Product Registration is not the same as Support. Please read the actual messages there.
Product registration is for downloading avada demoa and plugins. Suport is totally different, it is for getting help from our team on our support center.
Envato will say it is, but we (ThemeFusion) Grandfather people in via our support program, see this post: https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/getting-started/grandfathered-support/ .. specifically this part: http://d.pr/i/1dFrS
Also, the 5.0 update works, we have nearly half our user base using it already. We guarantee there is a logical explanation. It’s impossible to tell exactly what as we did not see you update, your video only starts after the updates. There could be many reasons and this is why we have support in the first place as it’s impossible to troubleshoot most of the time.
Envato introduced the paid policy, not us. We were against it, however we did everything we could to allow anyone who bought before it was introduced to still get free support for as long as we are updating. So if you would like to complain, please feel free to send them a message, as this was not imposed by us. Allowing people to update but have support expired only creates issues.
Did you undergo conversion?
How did you update?
Did you remove old files, rename the theme folder, did anything else change?
We can certainly help. Based on your video, we have no idea if you underwent conversion.
If you are truly expired (again, don’t look at what envato says, look on our own site and your purchase date), then please email support@theme-fusion.com so we can take a look at it that way. Please reference this message so our staff knows it’s ok to follow up support.

Hi, thinking of buying another license for a new project but could you tell me if there’s any way to achieve this: https://digiday.com/event/digiday-programmatic-summit-november-2016-palm-beach/#agenda where the logo stays at the top of the page on the left with the social icons/search on the right and then the main navigation menu is immediately below the slider but jumps to a sticky menu on scroll? Is it possible either with Theme Options/Custom CSS or widgets or would we need to use a third party plugin such as Ubermenu? Thanks!

By default, right now there is no option within Avada to natively display two menus in those positions. However, as a workaround you could use a normal Avada header with menu assigned, a slider in the same position and on each page add a widget area and create a pseudo menu as in your example. The down side is that it would need to be implemented on each page
The alternative would be to implement a custom solution to achieve this

However in case its not showing up for you, FTP method installation can also work and you can download the latest version from your themeforest account.
