Hi, In Porto – Setting Panel > Product view, I can change only the width by sellecting one of the prepopulated values..1/12,2/12…..,11/12. Is there a possibility to change the height. Infact this is not a query related to my current license. I want to buy an additional license for my new ecommerce startup….But the decision to go ahead is based on… if the height of the product image could be changed. I also see this issue in all your demo versions. Regards, Rachel

Theme is based on 12-column grid. Sum of grid units of all columns in a row has to be equal to 12. So the 1/12, 2/12, 3/12 option means you can select to show media section (product images and thumbnail image) in 1 to 11 in a row .

It seems permission issue. To fix, pls try:

Go to System > Permission > Block > add block

for example: “filterproducts/featured_home_list/Allowed”

If cannot fixed, pls try a full re-index. When we used featured products, we often had this issue and a re-index sorted it out.

Hi, this problem has been raised previously, and looking throught the files on the theme updates the Daily Deal files don’t appear to have changed since so this problem still exists and was never fixed. The extension you include for Daily Deals is out of date. The features on the creators site for Daily Deals are more than are present in the theme too. I don’t wish to pay support for something to yourselves when the product isn’t yours and also appears to be very out of date compared to the version on the creators site? It was obviously out of date when I first bought the theme from yourselves? I would gladly buy the extension from the creators to override the version in the theme however as they don’t respond to support emails I am wary of spending money with them.

We cleared browser entirely, even used 3 different browsers. Both issues still present in demo version and in our own version. Using Magento 2.1.2 and latest Porto.
