First you need to add first-level menu item (Custom Link) with Type: wide like this

And thanks for explaining this. Most similar demo to referred site is this one http://demo.qodeinteractive.com/bridge84/ but as you can see, menu items are getting hidden upon scroll. This effect cannot be disabled form the theme options but you can disable it with custom css code below:

Visual Composer elements fields are sanitized and thant is why you cannot use any kind of code inside. Chaning this is not advisiable and according to WordPress coding standards, but if you definatly need to be able to wrap titles with html tags, please contact our support by submitting a ticket at https://qode.ticksy.com and they will point you to a file which need to be changed.

Only one demo can exist, and if you wish to import another one, you have to clear previous demo. This is explained within the theme documentation on this link: http://bridge.qodeinteractive.com/documentation/3-demo-content/

But, it is good practice to install WordPress on your PC (localhost) and then to try different demos. In this way you can see which options we used and you can reproduce that on your live page.​

We bought extended license for these plugins (Visual Composer, Layer Slider and Slider Revolution), and we can’t give you license code because of policy and terms of Theme Forest, because of that we included these plugins in our theme (you can find plugins in theme folder/plugins/ there are installation files of these plugins), also we will update these plugins to the latest version with theme update so you just need to wait for next theme update and there will be the latest version of plugins if it exists. Then when you update theme you just need to go to your back-end Plugins and to deactivate/delete these plugin then you will get some notification to install necessary plugins to our theme, then just click to install/activate again these plugins and that will be all. If you don’t get this notification to install necessary plugins, then just go to Plugins -> Add New -> Upload -> Find these plugins in our theme folder/plugins select one by one and click import/install.

No, you don’t have to renew support in order to be able to update your themes. Probably you are doing something wrong. You have to unpack theme forest download archive firs, then extract bridge.zip and upload files to a server over existing files inside wp-content / themes / bridge.

Portfolio athive page is loading default WordPress archive template and it cannot be removed because even if it is removed it will fall to index.php file which will again, load portfolio items in a list with number of likes. You should use some seo plugin like Yoast seo for example and to enhance SEO for portfolio pages, and eventaully google will reindex these pages eventually.

Hi I made a new menupoint and added there from local machine “demo 41 branding” with full screen section. But every second time when I click on this new menupoint, the screen fullwith (not the top navigation menu) is black and don’t work. When I purge all caches the menupoint works forr one time, the second time it gets black again.
