I have purchased your theme and i am building my website with it. It’s all working fine except when i wanted to continue today i wanted to change some of the theme options.
However when i opened Theme Options a blank page opened with only the number 1 displaying.
Could you help me with this error?

Thank you for your reply, although i am not sure how increasing my page speed will help to fix my theme options page.
Like i said there is some kind of error because the Theme Options page will only display the number “1”.
I took all the steps in the page you adviced but the problem still persists.

Am I doing something wrong with the “page builder” or is this theme seriously all shortcodes?

I have the theme installed on my dev site and an EXACT duplicate on my live site. But, the Theme Customizer doesn’t work properly on the live site. I have re-uploaded the theme files and still can’t get it to work. It’s the exact same theme settings and server settings for both sites.
Also, there are elements from the old version of the site still showing up within the mobile menu. Where can I look to find and get rid of the old shortcode?

I know my support has expired, but i will try my luck here anyways. – In your docs (http://uxthemes.helpscoutdocs.com/article/44-1-1-install-theme), you write that there is supposed to be some bundled plugins, but i ran the theme installer and never got any of these plugin offered, where do i download them? – I know i could download them seperate, but for example ninja forms don’t come with mailchimp extention, as i guess you used in the demo.
Also, you wrote in your docs (http://uxthemes.helpscoutdocs.com/article/59-how-to-add-a-newsletter-box-in-footer), that there should be a dummy, this file does not exsist in my download.

Hi there, really sorry for late reply. Did you read the notice above the comment field? You need to get extend your support license to continue to get support + the correct way to get support is to click the “Support” tab on this page.
Anyway, I will try answer you here: We use default WooCommerce functionality for the checkout so this is not controlled by the theme. I recommend you try remove all plugins except WooCommerce and check if it will be fixed.

Hi UXThemes, In 3.1.6 is there a fix for the pinterest blog layout? I haven’t made any custom code changes yet when you look at pinterest cards on my site the 2nd row isn’t right under the first row, only one card is.

Hi there, there is a jQuery error on your page. Not sure where it’s coming from, but seems like there is something wrong in your header code. Have you added anything custom here? Try also disable all plugins except WooCommerce.

I can I not place elements (products, banners, sections, etc) into a product template?
If I want to place a banner sitewide on all my product pages, it seems like I have to go through ALL my product pages and place it there. This seems like something that should be so apparent and needed. 
We could make an option in the future to add global product page content

Another fundamental feature upgrade I need you to take note of please. I have been talking to support about this and this is yet another basic feature that your them does not have….
NO PAGINATION FOR PRODUCTS
When you use the Product Element to display rows/columns of products, there is no pagination for them which is needed and yet again seems to be another fundamental function the theme misses.
Now I have to hire a developer to cover 2 fundamental aspects of the theme which should have been included within the alpha stages of the theme.
Hi, after updating to flatsome 2.9.6 and to woocommerce 2.6, some new links appear in the My accounts Menu and can’t delete it from menu section… do you know why ? thank you in advance
