Hi, there is issue with popup on mobile view. when you click on “apply for job” button on single job page. popup is not display nicely, overlay displaying as half and popup window go to button of page. can you tell me to how to fix this issue.

Hi, company page filter is not working correctly. when i open company page there is companies showing job count with link. when you click on one company it show all jobs without relevant jobs for selected company. your online demo also have this issue. please can i know how to fix this issue.

I just purchased the theme and am really happy. However most of the components in my visual editor don’t display on the website – specifically things like the “job categories list” and the “counter up”. Can you help me figure out what I’m missing?
Hello,
1) Make sure you have categories enabled in Job Listings > Settings, also after that make sure you have some of them under Job Listings > Categories.
2) Not sure what can happened here, did you imported demo data? If your site is empty now then counter just has nothing to show. Make sure you have a value selected in the counter, also you can test them with custom value option.

It is already bundled with the latest VC version, you need to deactivate the plugin and delete it and then install again when you see the message with installation. It doesn’t update with the theme automatically.

I wasn’t able to install from wordpress. I have deactivated all plugins and deleted all not used theme and still getting this message when trying to install the theme from wordpress:

Please use the credentials sent to you previously and try it by yourself.

This issues is not related to the theme, but probably to your hosting specifics or something else. Use FTP to upload plugin and new version of the theme.

1. Have you tried to increase the height of the ‘header’ to allow for a larger logo? If so how did it work with scrolling header bar?
2. Is it possible to create location and category based static pages like ‘category + location page’ for seo purposed. Like Manufacturing jobs Los Angeles and canical link is site.com/manufacturing-jobs-los-angeles and pulls only jobs that match that category and location?
Also is there a way to remove the candidates to either a logged in only content? I think its a huge privary risk to have candidates open and accessible alone with their CV’s?
ALso I saw the embed jobs widget tool which is GREAT and answers one of my questons above i think

1) the header height depend on logo height, it will adapt to logo height automatically. But it will not decrease while scrolling if the logo is too big.
2) its possible, but may need some help from us.
3) you can do this.
4) no, companies functionality if quite limited right now.
