Hi, Are you aware of image scaling issues. Auto-height in galleries is not working anymore (fill, fit etc. do work). So when updating/creating galleries, no gallery will show. Might be jQuery issue.

hey there first of all : great work !! but for the first time i would like to up date the theme and on safari, chrome or firefox, every time i click on “start automatic updates” nothing happened but just the window getting smaller ((
any other way because i think if i up load the theme in my article bought, it is not the latest version

okk, i did a manual up dates but then : - no masonry option in the customization section - all social icons disappeared and cant find them anywhere even to retype the links ( i dont want to add custom links, just would like the icon in the footer as before) thank you if you can help

You can try to achieve that by removing all the widgets from the Blog Sidebar and adding the following CSS:
.page-content--with-sidebar .page-main {
width: 100%;
}
Insert it in the CSS Editor under Appearance > Customize> and let me know if it helped.

CUSTOMIZE option give INTERNAL SERVER ERROR. I have the customfy plugin loaded and activated and everything is up to date. the theme, wordpress and customfy.
Any ideas? It’s the only thing on the site that errors out. And is that where I could add social media to the menu?

Hi, i have an issue with woocommerce. When i click on a product from the shop it doesn’t load the product page. it just gets stuck on the loading gif in the top right hand corner. I have tried disabling all plugins and the problem still persists which leads me to believe it is a theme issue. I have the most up to date version of the theme, i tried with the most up to date version of woocommerce and also downgraded to 2.6.4, none of which work. I opened a support ticket 2 days ago and have still received no reply. I have a client waiting to send this live and this is the only hing holding me back so i need a solution today otherwise i shall have to request a refund due to lack of support.

I have an issue with project galleries. When a project gallery is set as a “Full-Width Slider”, the text beneath the gallery is in a column half as wide as the page (example: http://www.aarokeipi.com/project/the-little-match-girl/). Why is this? Does it have something to do with Pixlikes (which I have disabled?)?
And when I use the “sidebar right” gallery, most of the text disappears at the top of the screen (example: http://www.aarokeipi.com/project/johanna-emilia/). Any solutions to this?

Is there a way to change the names and links of “Galleries Archive” and “Portfolios Archive”? It’s currently a bit confusing, since I use the galleries to show my photography portfolios, while the projects displayed in the “Portfolios Archive” would better be labeled simply as “Projects.”

But i have some really issues with YARPP ive followed teh guide in support section. But nothing shows up under my blogposts.
Sry again, i see now that is seems that LENS also have the same settings.

You’re right, from the Blog Settings under the Customizer have the possibility of Showing the Share buttons in posts or adjust the Excerpt Length. Hi! Thanks for your comment, What I should have said is that the current theme we are using has woocommerce for the store and I need to hard crop the images and they can only be portrait or landscape.
What I want to understand is when I add a photograph as a product to the shop, will your layout automatically set it as masonry regardless of its orientation?

Yes, the shop layout will use masonry layout but the image orientation will not be a problem, as can be seen on our demo shop. And yes, the images in pop-up sliders can have title and captions.

Hello. I’ve updated my lens from 2.1 to 2.4.5 and the all menu to change the website appearence is gone (like changing the basics: colores, logo, etc). I know i dont have more suport but this is really strane. It means i cant change this things anymore? If i knew it i would stay on the old versions…

Problem: Checkout form on cellphone
On Checkout page, the section ‘Billing details’ does not work on cellphone. We can not write into fields. The field ‘Additional Information’ is ok.
I tried on an iphone and an android. The problem is the same.
All is up to date (wordpress 4.6 / Lens 2.4.1 / Woocommerce 2.6.4).
Am I the only one with this problem? This a problem about WooCommerce or Lens?
