I seem to be missing what is probably something simple. I would like to make a border at the bottom of the header that occurs at the top of the main slider. I cannot seem to find that I know I can make an image for the header background that has an orange line at the bottom and fake it.. but is there a better way?

I have a question regarding the Porto Product Category. If I have a product category that has subcategories under it. How can I use this feature to display only the subcategories using the Porto Product Category?
Whenever I try to do it, it only gives me the main category and doesn’t provide me with any subcategories.
I have products in these subcategories but it seems my only option is to list all of them under the one parent category?
I really hope there is some explanation to this. There must be a simple answer but I cannot find where to make the changes required.

Hello sir,
I have purchased the theme and everything is working as expected. But there is 1 simple modification i need.
As you see the Home page, there are 2 product sliders that currently shows 4 products at a time and slides/shows the next product one by one. Now the modification i need is to make it slide by 4 directly. What i am trying to explain is the current slot of product will slide and next slot of product will come in the slider.
Please help/suggest me how to achieve it.

Sorry to say that it’s not possible in the theme. There is no option to get this type of function. I hope you understand our limitations. We are using the Owl carousel in the theme and it is the default functionality of the Owl Carousel so it’s not possible.

We have not tested this paid plugin yet with our theme and it’s not possible to guarantee 3rd party plugins for us.
But why you are using this plugin there is already all options available for the image zoom in the theme. Why would you not try this out? Please go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Woocommerce >> Product Image & Zoom. Here you find all the image zoom options.

Hello thanks for your reply, I specifically need the multiple images for product variations woo thumbs plug in offers as this option is not available with Porto. As well as the possibility to add videos to product variations galleries. Any plug in compatible with Porto that has this features will do for me. Thanks!

I have purchased your theme and am having great difficulty installing the demo. I have tried for 2 days with no success. I have read all the comments and tried all the suggestions. I am tried to install the Corporate 2 demo and it keeps hanging on processing menus and never finishes. I am using PHP 5.6 and have followed the requirements in your documentation. I have also tried the alternative method using All-in-One WP Migration but this does not work either and never finishes restoring. I am disappointed with this software.
