Hi there, try enable Flatsome 2.0 fallback in Advanced > Global settings
UX Builder doesn’t work, Increased memory limit, disabled all plugins, still just sits there loading. Lot’s of people having this problem, anyone get it fixed? The author just posts same link for everyone. I like how they created the problem with the UX Builder and then want to charge you more for support after you bought theme and accidentally made the mistake of updating the theme thinking it would work. Now I just have a worthless site, I’ll go buy another author theme before I pay for support.

I just bought the theme. When installing i can’t seem to get all of the demo contents. Also the pages for checkout, shop, etc are not there.
How do you successfully install the demo content along with the pages?

Hi there, the pages for checkout etc is automatically installed if you run the WooCommerce setup wizard.

Anyone else noticed a glitch on the cart page, if random entry is made in the zip/postcode field for shipping calculation the woocommerce-message ul class seems to knock everything out of line.

I have some issues which weren’t solved when I had the support option. I wrote several e-mails, answers were vague and problems were not fixed. Now the support is exprired. What I want to know is simply this: if I renew the support option I have to solve those issues which are 100% theme related and may be seen on your demo as well. Are you willing to help me out? I can say right now which issues I am talking about:
1-sliders and grid images takes a bit of time to load and before the images appear the main theme color is visible on the background which is a clear bug and not a very nice one. this requires a fix since this issues is not visible on other themes and the website does not look professional at all.
2-page product images do not load correctly. The galllery images load before the main image.
3- I also have to update the theme to the latest version, which I did not do. The reason why is that you made some major changes in css (it messes up with the current version of my theme because css are very different) and it could potentially cause severe damage to the website that even two professional developers refused to update it saying it’s up to who developed the theme to provide proper support in such cases.
If I buy the support renewal all this issues should be solved, otherwise I will have to change theme and, even if I really liked the theme, leave a bad review and choose other themes for future projects. This is not my intention, so I am confident you will understand that I am wasting time and potential customers.

1) What’s the alternative? You need to have some content there before the images are loaded. This is not a bug and this is actually the first time we have heard a complain about it after 30k+ sold items.
You could try disable the lazy loading of the backgrounds in Advanced > Lazy loading.
2) Do you have an example online where this is happening?
3) Flatsome 2.x was three years old and it was time for a new start to make it ready for the future. You can always continue to use V2, we’re going to support it for the next WooCommerce versions.

1- where can I find this lazy loading option? 2-can’t give you my credentials here in public, but this is something which happened after a previous update and related to the gallery slider on product pages.
Anyway what I would like to know is if these issues can be fixed or not, if I pay for the support extension.

I am not overriding files.
1-an experienced developer tired to fix one of the issues…he clearly states that your code is messed up and bloated and that some css customization I did in the child theme messed up with the parent theme. Other bugs can’t be fixed, What is more, he clearly advised me to change the theme.
2-I still can’t find advanced >lazy loading. It’s nowhere to be found in my dashboard, could you please post a screenshot of it? It’s really absurd. the developer thinks you gotta be kidding because this option is not there in my theme! Please provide a screenshot/proof of it.
3-Minify css and javascript. Even if enabled this option does not work. tried several times with page speed insight and other tools and it looks like nothing is minified in my website, why?
Hi again, seems like you have an old version of Flatsome installed. Latest version is 3.2.2. The CSS there is less bloated than in version 2.x.
Is there a way to organize the category slider? Right now i see its alphabetical and was hoping to sort it by the category order.
