There is a small “dot” that appears next to my widget area that is currently displaying my product categories and I can’t seem to be able to remove it. The short code is as follows:

I already contacted support and they said the only way to remove the bug is to actually remove the id selector in the UX sidebar, which means that I wouldn’t be able to use Widget Area option, unless I want the dot to appear again!.

Please can you assist me in resolving this bug through email?

When you search something the title of the products have a white font so you cannot see it. You can only see the photo of the product but the text fades with the background. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks.

On the cart and checkout page… When a coupon code has this checked “Show on cart / checkout? When checked, this coupon will be visible on cart / checkout page for everyone.” it does not show up on the cart page so that people can simply click on the coupon code to add it to their order. pre sales question: What premium plugins come with your theme? and do you own developers licenses for these plugins or will I also need to purchase them for continued updates.

I’ve been working hard at increasing my Google Page Speed Performance Grade and have gotten to a B, but the only thing keeping me from getting an A rating is the F under Request Size… And further looking has unveiled the root of the problem: @font-face / web fonts.

I’ve tried turning off (unchecking) the Google Fonts, with zero change in results so am at the point where I have to assume no matter what, the theme is calling for web fonts regardless of the user’s choice to actually use them…

Here’s the request which is creating a large packet: data:application/x-font-ttf;charset=utf-8;base6 … AAAAAwAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA==

I’m just wondering what we can do to remove the request altogether in an effort to reduce the size of these requests thereby reduce latency.

Hey here’s a bug I spotted, if you customise Header > Cart and set the cart style to ‘Link Only’ it only applies to desktop. In mobile/tablet the off canvas menu is still enabled. Any idea for a fix?

I have been looking to find out how to do this, there is a plugin I found, obviously after battling away through mountains of search results. Hi, we just installed version 3.0 and we can’t see the title of the pages when using the left sidebar template.

In the videos, you show that there are 2 left sidebars templates, one with titles and the other one without the title. We can only see one, and it does not show the title.

How can we show the title of the pages? We’ve tried to create a template but we had no luck (we are not experts).
