We do have a search option that you can enable for your header or menu by going to Theme Options > Header > Header content area and yes we do have a ticket system from where you can fill in a ticket.

Hi, but are you talking to me about a search of domains? or a searcher for the webpage? I know i will have to programme it later with my API, but is there any desing for it? Can I see it in a demo?

About tickets, I refer a system of tickets in Avada to my customer. Some themes have a system of support for this.

If you have disabled it for the blog posts it shouldn’t come up at all, please make sure that you have no other 3rd party plugin installed that might be injecting the social sharing box of their own into the posts, you can check this by inspecting the element and getting the code or by simply disabling all the 3rd party plugins.

Avada uses Google fonts, so as long as you’re still using the same Google font family and font weight between these two versions, it will be the same.

Okay but is the default at install the same for both versions or did it change, the default on 5.0 looks different than what I had on 3.8.. thanks

That would differ depending on which demo you’re using.

If it was the classic demo, then the default body font is PT Sans. You can use your browser inspector tools to get the font family of a specific demo if it’s not already installed > http://prntscr.com/dajgpk

The demo’s font is still the same in Avada 5+

Google Maps has made a change that now requires a google map API key.

To apply it in Avada, if you are on Avada v5+, then simply go to theme options > contact > google map to place your API key that you make from Google.

If you are on Avada 4.0.3, then go to Avada > Support tab and look at the bottom for the Avada Patcher tool box. You will see patches (fixes) that can be applied with a single button. Once the Google Maps API key patch is applied, you will see a new field in theme options > contact > google map to place your API key.

You will notice that some patches have to be applied in order so make sure to apply them as they show from top to bottom. Here is more info about the patcher in general: https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/install-update/avada-patcher/

This is unfortunately a change Google made and is now required.

I have created account there few minutes after purchasing your theme. This is just a simple question but your ticketing form asking too much information. wordpress password?, username? This is just a simple question. No need to do that for me, just tell me which class do I need to change the color. BTW, I have just sent the ticket.

I forgot to send another question on the ticket. The footer section, I don’t want to show them when users are in mobile view. Is there an option for that?

That particular parallax effect is only possible using our Fusion Slider actually, its not possible using Revolution slider as it has its own parallax but its different kind.
