It is Visual Composer functionality, and when you switch to one of default themes like for example Twenty Sixteen, you will have smae layout in the Visual Composer back end, so they were probably enhanced template saving. Since option is not present, our support can heck this so you can contact them or simply contact Visual Composer directly and ask them about that option.

I am using the Bridge estate theme ( bridge luxury) and I don’t know where to change the background images for the 1) testimonial 2) counter and 3) we are the agency of the year section.
I am on the ‘edit’ home page and can see and replace all other images and text but can’t see where to change those images.

Problem with the top header not displaying properly when i installed the Qode General template.

I have downloaded new files, deleted all theme and menus, installed theme, imported demo. And i have repeated this process countless times including reseting of Wordpress.
But i still have the same error. Can anyone help me please? How do i solve this problem? THe header somehow appears when i scroll down. But at front page, this is not working.
Do i also need to install the bridge child zip file? I’ve tried but it’s of no use too.

For the warning you’re seeing:
In your WP admin -> Qode Options -> Logo, make sure to upload your logo in all the fields there, instead of our default logos. That should resolve this.
If the warning is still displayed after that, you should then edit this file wp-content/themes/bridge/includes/shortcodes/shortcode-elements/slider.php , and you need to edit following part of code:

Header Skin is a feature that works regardless of the header type you’re using and allows you to set a predefined styling for each header element. There are two of these predefined style groups – Light and Dark. The Light header skin for example has white-colored menu items and is meant for usage on dark backgrounds. Similarly there’s a Dark header skin for usage on light backgrounds: These skins are defined globally in WP Admin -> Qode Options -> Header.
Besides setting the Header skin to Light or Dark you can leave the field empty and have the default header skin applied. The default header skin is meant to match the header style a user defines within Qode Options. Once again, Light and Dark header skins come predefined and you can only alter them with some additional CSS code.
Also there are several places where you can set the header skin for your site. 1) In Qode Options -> Header
2) Besides setting this property globally you can go to each page/post/portfolio item

Great theme! I have three pre-sale questions.
1.) I don’t see any Quickview feature for products. A project we are working on now needs visitor to click on product images while in category view, and instead of going into single product detail page, show a quickview lightbox. We can add Quickview functionality via plugin (it will only add Quickview button underneath, not changing the behavior when user clicks directly on product image), but I am wondering if Bridge does it out of the box.
2.) Can we change Checkout page layout? Currently, shopping cart page is perfect as it is just the way we want. However, the fields on checkout page are unnecessarily taking two columns instead of one. The “Your Order” section could be on right column, while “Billing Details” could be on left. How do we achieve this?
3.) Can we add shopping cart icon at the top bar (not menu bar)? And I understand that your navigation menu is sticky one. So when we scroll down, can we have the shopping cart beside the menu, and when we are at top, the cart icon at the top bar?
I have a deadline this Thursday to finish the client’s project (demo site can be seen at http://dev-w-bake-2.pantheonsite.io) and current theme I am using (AZ Theme) isn’t doing what I want it to do. So I am trying to evaluate new theme choice within 24 hours. Hope to receive a reply before.

1. Preview (qucik wiew) feature can only be achieved with some plugin. Unforteuntely Bridge theme does not have such an option.
2. Checkout page can be changed only by modifying some theme files. This will require some custom coding, and if you are familiar with programming, our support can provide you with instructions from which files you need to make changes.
3. You can add default WooCommerce cart to top bar, and in built drop down widget beside the menu. In this way you will have carts within headder tip area and within the menu. There is no option to hdie carts automatically upon scroll, but since additional css class is applied to header our support can provide you with custom css code in order to achieve this.

You can only download only latest theme version over Theme Forest download section. Easiest way to revert to previous version is to contact your host and to ask them to send you a backup from the time before update, and then you can restore it.

Cart widget area is hidden on smaller screens because there is not enough space, but of you are using only cart widget within that area, it can be revealed with some custom css code, and our support can assist you with this also.

Can you explain what do you mean by “slide locked”? Do you need to limit access to slides for some users or there is something else?
Our Qode slider animation can be changed from from slide to fade, but since theme also comes with Layer Slider, and Revolution slider, you can create sliders with animations which are present within these plguins.

Different browsers support only certain types of video file formats, so you have to provide all three (webm, mp4, ogv) video formats (fallback) and a preview image, since some browsers (PCs/laptops) can only play certain type of video.
