I have installed demo “Resume” theme among Avada-theme and currently using it. However, when I enter items and category from portfolio, I cannot seem to select menu keys on left section. There is no response.
When I check Avada Theme demo page, the same problem still exists.

Hi just wondering how well buddypress integrates with avada, have you customized it to fit well with your theme (including mobile behavior) or would there still need to be more styling etc to fit nicely? Any demo of sorts available?#

We have a full design integration for bbpress plugin actually, buddy press works well with our theme but some features might need CSS (if you have a custom requirement) in that case.

where has the image module gone in the new fusion builder? has it been replaced with image frame?

We only had image frame from the very beginning, image frame and image carousel and that is it. However if you are talking about adding the media that can be done using the text block

Hello, I will with work localhost and one API key is looking there. If I use this key while work on localhost , If I cant upload to the internet , If I want work on the internet again, can I use this API key again?

As soon as you are working on a local host and not a live site with different domain than the original one (where token is already used) you can use the same token without any issues

Hi Support and Good Day,
The Fusion Slider currently is not working for Avada Classic Shop in the HomePage.
Is this a bug? I installed Avada Classic Shop demos 3 times but Fusion Slider is now not working in the homepage and it only display a blank slides.

I don’t see any fusion slider on the provided URL but a revolution slider instead and its working all fine for me, however there is no such bug like you mentioned, if its still not working for you we will suggest you to please open a ticket and we will take a look at it right away.

Hi there,
first of all, great theme!
Unfortunately I’m currently facing a problem with google maps on my contact page (http://www.brenncke-architektur.de/kontakt/) since I moved my wordpress installation to another host yesterday.
Due to Firebug its a Missing-API-key-error. I can’t remember that I already used an API key on the old server so I am really not sure what to do now.
May you help me out with that?

Please generate a new API key and try to use that one again inside theme options > contact form > google map section.

Hi! I want to change the portfolio rollover font and size. Right now it appears to be h3 but when I adjust the h3 settings in Theme Options, nothing changes.
I am brand new to this so if I have to customize something, please walk me through how that is done. Thanks!!

Hi, is there a way to drag/drop existing columns into new nested columns?

Drag n drop columns is not a possibility, however nested columns are supported by our new fusion builder but you need to add them as an element after you have added a column, screenshot : http://prntscr.com/dbjahs

Hi Ammar, yes we know how to create nested columns. But as we are updating many existing Avada v4 websites to v5, we often need to recreate nested columns with existing columns. Please consider this as a feature request.

Hi, I am trying to do an update of the theme but we are on quite an old version and when we do the update we lose all of our styling in the header etc, could you advise the best way to update upto the newest version? We are currently on Version: 3.7.3

Are you perhaps using a child with some custom CSS added to it? If yes and due to the very old version you are running, you may need to adjust some of the CSS. Back in Avada 3.8 we refactored some CSS which will now require adjustment on your part.
I would also suggest making a carbon copy of your existing site, then set up a Staging domain and install the carbon copy. Perform the update and and adjustments necessary on the Staging site until you are satisfied and then migrate that over to your live site
When it comes to updating please do make 100% certain that you follow these update instructions carefully

My support is expired. But, I think its a bug of the latest version that featured image is not showing and taking too much time to load. Same issue as “timfair77 ” for my woocommerce product featured image.

I believe you mean the one in slider? That is not a contact form but a table element we have made and put it inside the column, then assigned a background opacity to column using default column options.
