You will need to set your header as transparent in this case, you can do that by simply going to Theme Options > Header > Header Styling

Hi I have a site with many, many youtube videos on it and it is very slow and doesn’t even measure on for example gtmetrix. Do you have any suggestions on how I could remedy this?
I’ve got WP Rocket cache-ing plugin on a similar site, also with many videos, but when I for example try to activate lazy load for images and videos, then it alters the display of the site.
What would you recommend I try to do?

Problem 1:
We updated our Installation to the version 5.0.4, but onsome pages (backed view) we get this error:
Your page content could not be converted. Most likely it was created with an earlier (pre 5.0) version of Avada. To update old content to Avada 5.0 or higher, you must go through conversion.
Under “Avada” > “System Status” we used the function:
“Rerun Shortcode Conversion from version 0.0.0 to version 5.0 manually.”
But the same problem still exists. And every time try it again, the same unconverted items are found again during the conversion.
Problem 2: And we also can not register the theme via token in the backend. We allways get this message:
“Invalid token, or corresponding Envato account does not have Avada purchased.”.
But the ‘Permissions Needed’ are all checked for this token.

Hi, I purchased recently the Avada theme and have severe issues with column background images on an RTL site.
I took as an example the Cafe Demo – About us page and placed column background images in the same manner.
However, the images do not stay in the limits of a column but rather span over the container above! my text.
When I tried to preview the cafe example in the same RTL site I noticed it doesn’t work as well.
Please help!

You should be able to access our support just fine without any issues at all, I can see you have a valid support license for sure.
We have know issues with RTL version as of now specially with columns so please make sure that none of your 3rd party plugin is causing this issue. Also please edit your columns and double check this field.

when I send a mail to the support, I got not replay. It's kinda annoying that I - as a registered user - can't submit a ticket for a week2. I disabled all the plugins beside Avada, made sure the field is empty, and still have an issue. My page – the background image not loading now, the cafe – about us example – same issue as before. Hi Avada Can you please let me know why this may have happened after recent theme, plugin and patch updates? Images on IE11 11.0.96 and Opera 12.16 seem to not fit in an image frame as per other browsers Chrome, Firefox and Safari. See this page from client’s website http://www.indigo-lizard.com/about/. Images overlap columns. Viewing on Mac and latest them update 5.0.4, all plugins are updated and patches applied. Thanks

Hello I know my support expired but I have a weird problem where everytime I make a change to a page it sets the slider to “No slider”, because of this, everytime I make a change I have to go back and choose the slider and save again. I can’t be the only one having this problem am I?

I’m having a problem with eternal links having the current page’s url inserted in front of it. For instance I have a link to my homepage on my client’s site’s footer, but when I click on it I get a 404 error and the url says http://clientsite.com/mysite.com I tried resetting the permalinks and turning off all of the plugins, but it still happens on any external link, even within a text container on a page. I have four different Avada sites, but this is only happening on one. Thank you.

This isn’t a reported issue, so it’s likely something related to your site specifically. I would recommend checking your plugins first as that is most likely the cause. Try disabling all non-Avada plugins then check the problem again to see if this is caused by any plugins you’re using. If so, enable your plugins one by one and refresh the issue page. When the problem returns you’ll know what plugin is causing this and can remove/replace as needed.

Hi.
A lot of my clients are complaining that after the update my plugins don’t work… it seam that the problem is with another plugin LayerSlider. This is how a client fixed this…. You should be looking into this because this is a general issue.
The actual probleem is not in the Avada Theme but in Layerslider 6, a recently launched version. Greensock.js 1.19 is used by Layerslider and the 3D Caroussel simply fails to load when greensock.js is loaded also.
I have tried to adjust Layerslider to conditional load, place code in the footer etc but somehow failed miserably. So I made a ‘dirty’ hack into the LayerSlider’s scripts.php which fixes the issue for now.

We actually don’t have any control over the codebase / development of the LayerSlider plugin. We simply include that plugin, bundled with the theme purchase. This will have to be fixed on LayerSlider’s side. We include updates to LayerSlider with the theme, so once they have implemented a fix, that will be added in a future update.

I have the theme set to be boxed and I have a container with a background. The container back ground image is not reaching the side edges. There is about 30px space on each side. The Demos that I have seen has them up against the edge of the main content area. How do I accomplish this?

We used to be able to build nested rows (100% outer with background colour and boxed inner to center the colums). We can’t find this feature anymore in Avada 5, there are nested columns, but no nested rows.

You can still do the same in v5 as you could elsewhere. Make sure you are using 100% width page, also in the container itself, edit it and you can set the interior content width to 100%, it does need to be on a 100% width page template, so make sure that is set.

Since installing 5.03 update – fusion builder doesnt work. I’ve ran the converter. Existing pages say the page was made with a previous version and I need to convert them. I can create a new page, as soon as I add an element I get a spinning circle where any elements / containers go. The update has pretty much killed creating / updating pages. Any help please?

Can you make sure you update to Avada v5.0.4, Fusion Core 3.0.4 and Fusion Builder 1.0,4 … then fo to the Avada > Support tab and look at the bottom for the “Avada Patcher” box, please apply any patches you see there.
