There are so many bugs/problems with the mobile version(s), and the demo content doesn’t install as previewed. I have purchased many themes with no problem. Only your theme has caused considerable problems, and too many hours to count have been wasted trying to get this theme working properly.

I checked last reply from your end said that “the import worked fine, once I tried it again” also we checked your site here http://itlive.ca/intermax/ and I can see demo content there as well as your site seems to be working fine.

I can list the issues point form if you’d like. I haven’t continued working on that site due to this. I changed the logo, and the video on the slider, that’s it. It was then I noticed that the mobile version is broken (text overlaps so you can’t read it, spacing and margins are wrong), and the footer area doesn’t display as per the demo content, image is missing above the footer also on home page. I don’t know if you can see how many themes I’ve purchased, but there are many, and I have never requested a refund before, nor have had issues like this working with any other theme.
I really don’t mean to be rude, I just am unable to use this theme, and therefore respectfully request a refund.

On architect demo, it doesn’t use revolution slider so there is no need to import slider separately.

The shortcode “lightbox media” is not working. When you put an image it just open in a new page of the browser and if you put youtube or vimeo video, the video never load and the lightbox is closing… Don’t tell me that I have to renew my support.

How do i edit the homepage? I imported demo content to architects theme and when I navigate to page editor for “Home” everything is blank. But when I view the live page it looks the same as demo content with images and text there.

The homepage of Architect demo use portfolio page template as homepage. So if you want to edit each portfolio items. You can do it via WordPress Dashboard > Portfolios.
Or if you want to change order of each portfolio items. Please use this plugin. You can use drag&drop to order portfolio items. http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/post-types-order/Hi, is it possible to change this to just a single image that doesn’t change with custom text?

Yes, when you go to WordPress Dashboard > Portfolios. You will see list of portfolios items. Select one you want to change and change its featured image.

Hello, I am currently working on building a page through page builder. At the tab sample pages, why don’t I see all the pages from all the different demo content. I am looking for this page from architect demo theme http://themes.themegoods2.com/grandportfolio/demo1/portfolios/clevedon-estate/. I see only three sample pages of Architect theme (Projects-About Us-Contact us).
Also, I can’t seem to find where to change my fonts in different parts of the site. Do I have the option to select through multiple fonts with the purchased theme?

I have used the vimeo video in the slider revolution – the video plays but the audio does not. Is there a setting to turn the audio on?

On mobile device, video won’t play automatically it’s default functionality of mobile browser to prevent unexpected data transfer. User has to click play button first to play video.
