What added filter widgets in the demo store template?

First of all thanks for showing interest in the Porto theme.
We are using the YITH Ajax Product Filter Plugin with our theme to add the filter widgets in the sidebar.

These filters only work in the Shop? On other pages they are not called.
Yes, these filters work on all pages but the page must have the filters related products on it otherwise filters not work on all pages except the shop and product category pages.

Hi there, just a quick quiestion. the copy if VC supplied with the theme has a few elements from VC ultimate add ons. but not all of them work, is this known to you guys, and would i need to buy it seperately if i want them to work? i need to maually edit them in the browser html code to work.

Hi, first one, info list. You can add the parent element, but one you add the child “info list item”, you are unable to edit the child setting fields such as giving it a title, drop downs are also not directly accessible unless I edit it using the browsers html editor which is a pain. I haven’t had a need to use the rest yet.

i just just bought this theme and i forgot to ask if with one Regular license if we can run on a live site/server and on a dev server for internal web developing with only one license ?
im hoping that we can as every one needs a dev site to do there internal testing before going live with updates and all.

Yes, you can do that. But please use the single regular license only for the One live website / domain and you should delete the Dev site after completion of live site.

Hello. I update porto based on instructions like always and everything goes ok except “Compile CSS Files” I try to Compile all four css files from compile default css section but nothing happens. I logged in from ftp to see the compiled files created but i saw only older files like theme.css, theme_rtl.css, plugins.css, plugins_rtl.css with older dates. I didn’t saw the files theme_1.css like the instructions below.
“Before compile, please configure below options and click “Save Changes”. After compile, will be regenerate the css files (theme_1.css, theme_rtl_1.css, plugins_1.css, plugins_rtl_1.css in /home/thikishop/public_html/wp-content/themes/porto/css.”
I turned off wp security too but nothing happens either. Is something wrong with permissions ? in home/thikishop/public_html/wp-content/themes/porto/css the css folder has permission 0755
Any ideas ? Please Help..

If you want to change the share image size of the products then you can change it from Woocommerce >> Settings >> Products >> Display >> Set the thumbnail size after change the thumbnail size you should regenerate your thumbnails from Tools >> Regen Thumbnails.

Hello and thank you for a nice wordpress theme! We want to ask you one question – how did you do anchor smooth scroll on your demo pages?
I have 3 rows on my page http://reboon.ch/booncover/ with different IDs and 3 buttons at the top of the page with links like http://reboon.ch/booncover/#fur-tablets , http://reboon.ch/booncover/#fur-smartphones and http://reboon.ch/booncover/#fur-ereader – but when I press the button – all browsers just jump to the # anchor and not smooth scroll. Can you help us with this issue??

Please follow the steps given below:
1. Please go to and edit the home page where you have added all the elements to show on the single page. Edit each row and set the Row ID in General option.http://prntscr.com/dcmy9r
2. Please go to Appearance >> Menu and add the custom Link menu and add the row ID you have added in your row.

Dear support team – I’ve already did it. Enter row ID – furtablets, and in the button URL I put #furtablets – it works but it jump to this anchor, not scroll

You should use any one of them, both plugins are compatible with Porto theme.

I installed the Demo 6 onto GetAriix.com. Everything is working great except for this small problem which I can’t seem to fix or find a solution on.
On the third row of my site where I am supposed to have the 2 large images with the featured products. The second image does not show. I have checked every setting and can’t seem to find a solution.

Had this them for a while and just re-installed it after a server error. After installation, I download a demo via the ‘Demo Installer’.
Once installed, any options I select via the ‘Theme Options’ do not work. I cannot: - Change the header color - Background color or design - Header style
Every setting I try to change it seems to ignore.

Actually, you have shared the Magento site link. This is possible but with a lot of customization in the Woocommerce plugin. In our Porto theme we are using the default Woocommerce functionality and Woocommerce did not support that functionality.

The original Porto wordpress theme was removed permanently due to lack customer service, and this is completely new different with old one. You should contact the author Spyropress to get support for previous version.
As i see into demo of the WP theme, a lot of external plugins are used.. so… This theme works perfect on shared hosting right ?
because, my current theme has errors due to lack of memory.

Yes, our theme is fully compatible with Wordpress Yoast SEO plugin. We have not tested this paid plugin yet with our theme and it’s not possible to guarantee 3rd party plugins for us.

1. No, both the themes are totally different to each other.

3. Yes, you can use the plugins for SSL certificates and dedicated IP then Porto WP theme will provide the same security as Magento.

how about sub-domains? its under one domain say support.domain.com ? its still the same product/company. is there a contact page to who i should contact for more info on Licenses ?
